Ordered an electronic chess set that store says they do not carry. Price for ordered set was 39.95, and when they offered a substitute it was 15 dollars more and had less features. Customer rep stated the website had the wrong prices listed for the chess sets.

With the confirmation receipt I felt is impossible to track order due to lack of information or unclear informaiton. For the size of product I felt it took a lot longer than it should have to get to me. I'm wearing it and after a few days of constantly reading the manual it is working out just fine. Myself I'm unhappy because I would have looked a little long for the same product, just in a different styel but that was my fault. God Bless Pastor Don

BEWARE!! The site allows you to order items from a "coming soon" section which, according to a company representative, is not intended to be used for ordering. The shipping charges in this section are incorrect. I was contacted by e-mail that my shipping charges would be significantly higher than my confirmed shipping price that was e-mailed to me in the invoice from their automated system. They would not agree to give me the agreed upon price! As xmulva wrote, this is the first online company that has given me a problem.

I ordered 8 telephones from this store. There was a minor issue on the order but the DigitalGiftStore people resolved it before I even knew there was a problem. The price was excellent, the customer service great. I will buy from this merchant again.

The customer service was great at this store.They where great about replying back about e-mails.The only thing that was bad that we had to ask for a tracking number.Once the package left the store we didn't get any e-mails for a couple days,But quickly apologized and everything turned out great they gave us a tracking number and and it didn't take very long to get the package.The ordered item was just like what they said it would be.

Horrible experience. No reply emails, nothing but an answering machine. When I finally did reach someone, she assured me everything was fine (4 weeks after the purchase). A few weeks later, I just happened to check the status and it had been canceled. They did not notify me of anything. I am not new to online shopping, either. Of the 50-60 things I've bought online this is the first company with whom I've had any problems
