During the ordering process, a great thing is that I was surveyed by both the Manager and I think her boss, Woody Hertzog. They really want to find out where they are doing good and where they could be even more efficient or products we are looking for. Pretty cool.

I think it was very easy to navigate the website. It was equally easy to place an order. The order process was not difficult and did not take a lot of time. Sometimes I find ordering online to be more trouble than what it's worth, but this was not the case this time. I was impressed by the quick delivery. The merchandise was exactly as it was listed on the website. I have ordered from other websites before and have been disappointed with the product I was sent. This was not the case at DigitalGiftStore.com. I received an email confirming my order almost immediately. I thought the prices for merchandise was very fair. The shipping and handling fees seemed to be in line with what I would deem appropriate. On a scale from 1 to 10 with 10 being the best; I would rate the ease of placing an order a 9; the overall website appearance a 9, product quality a 10, the delivery a 9 and I would give Unbeatable Sale Inc a 9.5 overall. I would recommend the site to others and will most likely order from this company again. I do not have anything negative to say about my shopping experience at DigitalGiftStore - I didn't have to deal with anyone over the phone, so I cannot rate exact customer service, but since I did not have a problem with anything, I cannot complain about the service. Good Internet retailer overall!
