An online nightmare

Beware and run the other way from this store....Unless you are 100% sure that you are keeping their item...They have unfair practices on returns and they promise things that they don't keep....I ordered a gps system from them that was supposed to be shipped in 2-3 business days...it was over 2 weeks before it arrived and it was a piece of junk.They advertise to sell only brand new factory sealed merchandise and they sent me a used demo worn out unit...Took forever for them to allow me to return it...Then they kept $70 of my money....My credit card disputed the charges so now they turned me over to a collection agency....They never return your emails and they don't have a customer service phone number...only a sales one...In other words they are in it for the money and that is it....to heck with customer service ...They don't have that at all....I gave my phone number many times to try to get some help and they never called me through this whole night mare.....They are now turned over to the better business bureau and they are trying to place all blame for this on me....I shop online often.....I have never run into a more nightmarish experience....run don't walk from this company!!!!
