In my opinion Digital Foto Club don´t answer the mails as soon as they should. And some times you´re a little lost about you´re order, because in they´re page sais it is processing when it has been shipped and you have the tracking number.

These guys had the item in stock. Item as described. It arrived on time, and i was able to track it all along. It took them a while to process my order, an extra couple of days. The only thing not so good is that if there something wrong with the product they sold, the buyer would have to go through the factory to get his item fixed or get reimbursed. In other words they do not back up their products; no warranty. So far i am very satisfied with my product and my purchasing experience. They had the best price on-line. Just make sure to check their return and exchange policy before u purchase your item.

The price of the item was good. It was in stock. It was shipped promptly but their tracking system did not work completely. Then the UPS tracking system did not work properly although the item did come right on time.

I'm extremely leery when ordering online and this time was no different. After researching for a couple of days, I decided which camera to purchase and where to purchase it from. I placed my order with DigitalFoto,received my confirmation and an email for tracking and was told when to expect shipment. It arrived exactly when I was told that it would. The camera is exactly what I was looking for and I saved some money by ordering online which makes it that much better for me. I had a trouble free experience from DigitalFoto and would highly recommend them to anyone.

The website was easy to use. They had the watch that I was looking for at a very reasonable price. Free shipping was included in the price. The watch was received within 3 days of my order in excellent condition. When they shipped my watch, they sent an email with a tracking number to follow hte package. They sent the package by priority mail at no additional cost.

Ordered a Kodak DX7590 online.
Order was promptly processed and delivered within a week via UPS GND. No hassles whatsoever. Although the suggested peripherals & packages they tried to sell with the camera were overpriced. My only complaint was not with Digital Foto but with UPS because they left the package on in the rain om my front stoop. Camera working fine though.

Place the order, received the customary confirmation e-mail within minutes (no big deal, that's automated).

Received the USP tracking number, via e-mail, the next day.

Received the package, all items included, 5 days after placing the order, 4 days after I received the tracking number.

Items where packed very well, all items were in mint condition (new, with all paperwork included).

Bottom line, the transaction was painless (after you get over the price of the glass), efficient, and complete - what more could one ask for?

I received a confirmation e-mail right after I ordered the camera on their website at 9:00 pm. It was shipped the next day. They provided me with a tracking number from UPS.
I followed my camera all the way. It made it one day ahead of time.
The packing materials were excellent. Everything arrived in perfect condition.
The processing of my order was superb so I can not really say anything about their customer service.

If I ever need more photo equipment I will consider shopping at Digital Foto Club again.

Excellent service. Ordered from Ireland on Thursday, and after credit card verification, the order shipped on Monday. The package arrived via fedex on Wednesday. I had ordered a Bushnell rangefinder and a CF card for my camera - both were in perfect condition on arrival - the packaging was very good.
The prices were the best I saw for a site which shipped internationally. Highly recommended, and I will shop here again.

First order placed on ine was fine. Second order phoned in was a disaster--3 out of 4 items were either wrong on not delivered as promised and a second camera was shipped although not charged to my credit card. They can't figure it out either! Ordering on line may be better as there is a written copy. Language barrier may be a problem on the phone.
