Ordered a Projection TV and was satisfied with the product; however, was told that the unit would be delivered and installed. Nevertheless, I had to pay extra to have it installed.

After being fooled and lied to so many times I finally
got an excellent service.
I ordered Sharp LC-37GD6U. The price was great, but I fell
that before I place an order, I need to talk to these people and ask them couple of questions. So I did.
All my questions were answered by knowledgeable people, order was processed promptly and guess what, the delivery
came as promised, next day before 3pm.
I already recommended this place to all my friends who are on a market for flat screen TV.

These guys were great and truly lived up to all the positive comments I read about them. Was a little nervous about such an expensive purchase over the internet, but looks like they came through great. Shipping was slower than expected, but I attribute that to the holiday shipping rush. TV arrived in great condition and the delivery folks were very helpful in moving and helping inspect the set when delivered. Very pleased and Higly Recommend Digita Craze!

They had a good price, but before they shipped, they called to say they wanted more money for shipping [then they backed off since I was paying shipping for TV and stand as individually shipped items, not as one shipment]. Then he said he had to get the TV from another source and wanted $45 more for it. The after-the-sale negotiation process was a big turn-off. And I had referred a friend to the company to buy the same TV, and he gave him the same increase in shipping and product. I fear that this merchant could be "slippery." You decide for yourself.

Digital Craze is WONDERFUL! I ordered my television on Monday afternoon (standard shipping) and it was delivered in perfect condition on Friday.

The price they offered was the lowest we found.

I ordered a BenQ PE7800 projector late on Thursday evening. Eddie called me to confirm my order on Friday about noon. I selected normal UPS/FedEx ground delivery and I received my projector on Monday by 10:00 AM! Excellent service and a great price.

Sales manager Eddie was very helpful when I called to order an Hitachi 50" LCD TV. I had a number of questions based on my web seaches, and he answered all of them to my saatisfaction. Eddie made a few suggestions about additional purchases (cables and such), but he was never pushy in his approach.I ordered the TV on Monday and it was delivered to my house Wednesday. One could not ask for more.
I would not hesitate to place additional orders with Digital.

Last item was "sold the day before I called." Vague as to when or if they would get more. Offered to call me if they did. Order was cancelled. They did not try and get me to upgrade to something more expensive or sell be add-ons after which the item would suddenly be available so I give them credit for that. Hard to say if it would be a good experience on another item at this point. My response would be "don't know" as to trying them again - survey does not allow for that answer.

As i am from New York and am used to haggling this was a very amusing experience. My negotiating process took one week, i called Eddie every few days to make him match prices i found on other websites. After I exhausted all my efforts and found the lowest price, He matched it. My TV was delivered the next day within an hour of the expected delivery time.

I would definitely consider Digital Craze again, but it would depend on the product. I would not feel comfortable purchasing high-end things such as projection lcd's, dlp's, plasma's, powered subs, multi-channel amps etc, given the fact that they are not authorize to sell most or all of what they advertise online.

Outstanding service. When I called them up I felt right at home shopping with this company. Freindly service with a touch of class. Ordered a Pioneer Plasma TV (PRO ELITE 920HD) and received it 3 business days after I ordered it. I was debating between 2 models and was helped to select which one to go with. I recommended a family freind to shop there and her experience too was fantastic. I bought a 37" LCD HDTV, they had the best price, even beating overstock.com, I saved about $2,ooo from the Circuit City or Best Buy price.

My only disappointment was the website indicated that shipping was via air express, but after speaking with a friendly salesperson, he indicated it was via truck (surface) which takes about 8 days to California. They agreed to use my trucker, "freight collect" per my request, for the advertized price plus a $40 palletization fee, which I felt was fair.

They shipped the next day after I placed my order, and my HDTV arrived strapped and palletized, just as promised!

I had a good experience with this company and I would definately order from them again.

Lenny at Uncle's Stereo was helpful and found my requested TV, a Samsung HLP-5685W, which was in short supply in one day, and at a good price. The price was 2nd to lowest on the internet, but the lowest priced distributor was out of stock and didn't know when they would get any. On the con side I was promised an in-home delivery and had one guy show up with a broken tail lift. I almost broke my arm when I tried to help him get it out of the truck and it fell and pinned me against the truck. The box also came in banged up condition, but there was no damage to the TV. I would buy again from Uncle's Stereo.

These guys are really the best. I purchased a Mitusbishi 73713 TV from them (a 450 pound beast) and they came through with the best price, hands down. Every single time I called (and I called them a lot!!) my salesman Eddie was always available and gave me top notch service by answering all my questions and concerns. To top it off, the delivery guys did an amazing job of getting this giant set up to my 5th floor walkup apartment. Excellent Customer Service. I got the specific new model LCD-HDTV that I wanted. It arrived in perfect shape, and so did the other things I ordered with it,(Wall Mount/Line Conditioner). Best Price I found anywhere on the web, at the time of purchase. They care about their customers and have live customer service. Call them and ask for Eddie. Very well runned company. I ordered a KDF-70XBR950 Sony Wega online and got a call to confirm the very next morning. Upon confirmation I was given a Delivery Date right there and then on the phone. Received my TV in 5 days from Date Of Purchase and the delivery was excellent, they helped set up my TV and the total savings overall was great. Excellent customer service! They even upgraded by shipping to Air rather than ground at no additional cost to me. If I was going to buy another big ticket item like this $3500.00 TV, I would definitely buy from Digital Craze. I had tried to buy this type widescreen TV from HypAudio 2 months earlier but they sent me a refurbished unit even though I expected it to be new and that unit arrived defective. After six weeks of trying, I eventually got my money back and chose Digital Craze because of the extremely high rating on Shopping.com.

They charged our card. and they never showed up. This is for our New HOme. We are so upset with this company. We finally cancelled from them. They never told us why they are not able to ship us out. DigitalCraze.com was a very pleasant company to shop with. We had ordered originally a Bose system from another online company but then realized it had been over 2 weeks and still yet we had never got it. We went back online found digital craze and ordered it from them and got it 2 days later. We were very impressed and then also purchased a Sony KDE-42XBR950 (plasma tv)which was priced extremly well and did not have to pay any ridiculouse fees or other surcharges on it and of course were not pressured into any warranty extention or anything of that nature! Overall they earned my business, See you guys soon.
