After a call to confirm my purchase and method of payment ($4,000 plasma TV), the product was delivered early and as expected. Delivery Speed = 0 (never arrived).
Order Accuracy: got charged $10.01 over the total with no explanation.
Customer service: after contacting Digital Craze over the phone (2 times in 2 weeks) every second word I got was the f..k word. I guess this must be customary in New Jersey.

Ordered Pioneer VSX-84txsi Receiver through company. Was a little paranoid after seeing various poor reviews of this company as well as from many other internet sites. I took the chance and was very happy with the product, service and prompt shipping. Placed order on a Tuesday. Processed that day and shipped out on Thursday with a tracking number. Actually, the problem with my order was that the model I wanted was not in stock. It showed "in stock" on the search engine I used, but may not have shown "in stock" on Digital Craze's site. My order was cancelled because it was too much of a delay to wait.

The price was excellent. Since they are based in NJ, even with shipping and Tax the price was better than any other price I could find for the MB-73DGB. This TV stand was hard enough to find online and most local places wanted an arm and a leg. Since it was being purchased as an X-mas gift for a relative I figured I had plenty of time if I needed to cancel and go elsewhere.

Fortunately this place turned out to be great. I placed me order on 11-09-2006 and I received the stand on 11-16-2006 and have verified the package as being in excellent condition. Since the relative already bought the TV I'll be delivering their X-mas gift well before they get the TV now.

My only complaint was for the delivery which came with no advance notice and so I couldn't take the day off to be there myself to receive it.

However, that said I would most definitely order from them again if the price is right.

I received exceptional service from this seller. Initially there was some confusion because I had a limit on purchases through my bank of which I was unaware, and Digital Craze actually helped me take care of that by informing me quickly. After that was settled,Digital Craze charged my card and I received my product (Yamaha RX-V2700 amp) in two days. I cannot imagine Eddie being any more polite or helpful, sending my tracking number as soon as the item shipped, and putting up with me and my problem with my bank. I cannot comment on the item purchased as I have not received my speakers yet, which were ordered four days prior to this order from another seller, by the way! Overall great experience.

I chose DigitalCraze.com because they had the most reasonable price as well as a good selection of packages for the Inwall Speaker system I wanted to purchase. The website was easy to use and the tracking of shipping through UPS was extremely timely.

delivery speed good. cost excessive. customers know how much it costs to ship stuff.i got no shipping documents or invoices. didnt know about the 14 day policy until too late. unit is being repaired- still. it ran 20 min- then quit.i got paperwork almost a week after i requested it.
