Be advised:
1) Digital Craze has an UNACCEPTABLE rating from the Better Business Bureau.
2) Denon USA will not provide a warranty for any Denon product bought at Digital Craze.
3) The item I received did not come with a bill of sale or receipt, and did not include a registration card. Hmmmm.
If I had bothered to check this out BEFORE I bought from Digital Craze, I would be much happier now.
Digital Craze never gave me a valid bill of sale with my purchase. I talked with them on the phone and asked for a bill of sale. They said they would mail one out. It never happened. I asked for a bill of sale in an e-mail. They asked for my fax number, which I provided. Never got it.
Digital Craze did not honor their own web site policy to replace any item found defective within 14 days of purchase!
Check the Denon web site for there policy on unauthorized dealers of Denon products. Digital Craze is not one of these dealers. As a result, your Denon product from Digital Craze comes WITHOUT A MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY. Digital Craze forces you to purchase an extended warranty when you use their web site ordering form. This extended warranty states that it only comes into effect AFTER the manufacturer's warranty expires. So if your product arrives COMPLETELY HOSED, like mine, you are totally out of luck.
I am now stuck with a $2000+ boat anchor that neither Digital Craze nor Denon will pay to have serviced or replaced.
