I ordered a little more than 3 grand worth of speakers from this crooked wannabe retailer. This is the second time I have posted a review on this company as epinions did not post the firt one. It took more than five weeks to get my speakers from them. Every week I called and would get the same answer, they will be definitely be in at the end of the week or Monday. Every week for over six weeks and if you call twice in one day you get two different answers. They even told me that they couldn't contact their source to check the status of their order. They expect their customers to believe that. I had to call repeatedly to even get them to send me an order confirmation weeks after I actually ordered. I ordered a few other things in which they sent the wrong things. I called repeatedly, even talked to whoever does the shipping to get a return label with no luck. After five weeks I was talking to Ed, oh yeah I knew them all by name b/c I had to call so much but they never knew me, and told him after getting the same run around that I better have my speakers by the end of the week. Before I could finish my sentence which was that I was going to cancel my order, Ed jumped down my throat with some city like ghetto attitude verbally attacking me. I tried to ask him if this is how he treats his customers with Ed continuing on his rampage. I actually had to hang up the phone on him. Beware as they are NOT authorized dealers for the products that they sell which could negate and manufacturer warranty. I also question on whether they are selling refurbished items since they can't give shipment dates and NOTHING is in stock. Pay a few dollars elsewhere and sleep at night knowing what you buy will come and come in a timely manner.
