I had a great experience with DigitalCraze.com. Customer Service was good and answered all my questions promptly. Digital Craze was also not a bunch of high pressure sales people trying to sell you unneeded expensive products. I did purchase their Mack national warranty which was almost $200 dollars less than other online sellers. The speed of delivery was great considering it was a 60" Pioneer plasma Television. It took approx. 9 days from ordering to receiving the product by a good shipping company with product tracking included. It arrived in excellent condition and the television was brand new out of the box. The price was great...almost 2000 less than a brick and mortar store. They do have price matching, but they did not accept another seller’s price because their product was out of stock. Digital Craze on the other hand stated they had 3 of the televisions in stock. On a scale of 10 I would rate them a 9 by my experience so far. I did not have problems as stated by others reviews of them. They are a legit company who is doing their best to provide a lot of customers great prices so I sure they are bound a slip or two like any other store.
