I checked the status of my order and it said that it had not yet shipped and when I tried to cancel it the customer service rep. said that it was shipped. It was not shipped until two days later. The UPS driver just left the package on the side of the house during a storm. We sent the package back due to lack of competitive pricing. I bought a case of Similac which was supposed to be a deal at $26 a can and I founf it at Babies R Us for @0.49 a can. I will not order from Diapers.com in the future.

The prices at Diapers.com are great, but they could use a little help with their website and tracking information. They have a good selection, and great prices and I LOVE that they offer free shipping.

I like the shopping with diapers.com. My only complaint is no longer being able to put my coupons in at time of purchase. I had to mail them in and this meant that I did not get to redeem them as I expected until my next purchase. Also now I have no coupons if I run out of diapers and need to purchase them locally before my new order is received. I was sent an email crediting my account for 30 odd dollars stating that they had received my return. I had not returned anything, so I sent an email to inform them of the mistake. I have not heard back regarding the credit.
