There website could be a little more streamlined to make shopping a faster experience, however my overall expectations were met. They carried more products than I thought that they would, and being on bed rest this process made it possible for me to purchase some staple baby products, to achieve the level of nesting comfort that I was desiring.

Great place to buy diapers. Must consider the drive to get, loading them into the car, the room they take up (I buy 3 or more cases for my twin boys and daughter) drive back, and unloading VS having UPS drop them off at your door! The prices are very compareable, and if a little higher, I'd gladly pay it and let someone else drive in the traffic on a Saturday! RECOMMEND IT!

If your order is complete, this would be a good site to get a discounted product. However, an item was missing from my order (my very first order through them). So, I called, waited 4 min. on hold only to hear a message there were no callers ahead of me and get disconnected. Then, I called back, heard the message again that there were zero callers ahead of me, waited for just over 4 min. and finally talked to a rep. who handled my issue.

What was the most frustrating issue about this site was that they displayed products that no longer were available. The only way you were told that they were unavailable was attempting to add the item to your cart. It would be much easier if they labeled the items unavailable or just removed them from the page all together.

Fair prices, compariable to those of stores around. Great deal with the free shipping with orders over $50. Probably will not order unless there is an additional special or internet coupon worth at least $10 as I can run to my local Sams or Wal-Mart and get the same thing for the same price.
