It was a breeze ordering from Diamonds International and the package arrived quickly and in excellent condition. i will be ordering more in the future. The website makes it very easy to order and is also great to manouver through. Although it did cost me extra once it was cleared through the customs agent, that was something that I did not realize. The merchandise was as I had seen in on Diamonds International website and my wife thoroughly enjoyed her gift for Valentine's Day. She was very appreciative. It has made my life a lot easier.

I was very pleased with the ordering on line.  I have ordered before and that was the reason I ordered from DI again. I bought from them originally at the DI store in Cozemel.  After the great quaility and selection, I have been on line a made other purchases.  I have ordered from the e-mails that were sent advertising products. 
They ones I have bought have been of good quality and price.  I appreciate the sending the appraisal of value.

I recently purchased 2 items from Diamonds International online store the Monday before Christmas.  They were offering free Fedex delivery and the order came Christmas Eve (Wed).  I was extremely suprised. I bought a 14 karat gold white box chain 18 inch .6mm for $45.  They were the least expensive store for this item either online or brick and mortar.  I also bought the 585 karat platinum pearl pendant in champagne color.  The 585 karat platinum necklace is beautiful though the pearl is a bit large for my taste.  I probably should have gone for the black pearl for a more unique look.  It was nice that they included an appraisal for the item at no charge for insurance purposes.

In November, while on a cruise to the western caribbean, my
wife had an opportunity to visit the Diamonds International
Store in Belize. What an experience. The clerks were very
knowledgeable and I purchased a 3 Diamond setting ring for
my wife. Needless to say she was estactic over the ring.
Upon returning home I contacted Diamonds International
on line and purchased a 3 stone White Gold Tanzannite ring
and will give it to my wife for Christmas. All of my dealings
with Diamonds International have been supberb and I fully
intend to make additional purchases in the future.I have
recently referred friends to the On Line Diamonds Internatuonal
Store.

I have shopped at this site for several years now, always with great results.  The merchandise is quality, and the prices are very competitive. My wife is very picky about jewelry, and everything I've ever gotten her from DI she has loved.  This year for Christmas I got her a heart-shaped amethyst necklace with white gold.  I know she'll love it.  I would highly recommend this site to anyone looking for a good deal on quality jewelry.

I was looking for a heart pendant to give my girlfriend as a Christmas gift. Diamonds International had a great selection and I eventually found the perfect one.I purchased on Monday, and the product was delivered on friday. There was a tiny scuff mark on the jewelry, so I emailed them and asked them how to take care of it. They responded the next day with great advice on the care of the jewelry. I will definately shop there again.

When we cruised to the Eastern Caribbean, we visited the Diamonds International shops on St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands and on St. Maarten in the Netherlands Antilles.  They had an extensive assortment of fine diamonds and gems, gold and silver, in jewelry of all sizes and configurations.  We were able to negotiate an acceptable price and there were no hard-sell tactics employed by the sales staff.  We purchased our jewelry at a small fraction of the price it would have cost in the United States.  Since they are an international presence, I feel confident that in the unlikely chance a problem should appear we can easily contact the company.

I purchased a pair of gold diamond earrings from ShopDI.com and they are so beautiful that I wear them almost every day. I have received numerous compliments from my friends an their beauty and they have since bought from this company. The packaging was also impressive. Although they were a self pucrhase they came in a beautiful gift box that I have since used to store my other jewelry.

I just want to say that I am shocked by the reviews written below. I have bought from Diamonds International for years in several of their stores and they have always been 100% honest with me. I have never had any problems with appraisals or the jewelry that I have purchased. I just want to say about the review below that If you did take the piece to G.I.A. it is not possible that they appraised it for a lower value, as they do not appraise jewelry. Diamonds International has treated me with nothing but respect and kindness. They have the best selection of jewelry and best prices, not to mention excellent customer service. I have purchased every big, important piece of jewelry from them, from my engament ring to my wedding bands, to anniversary rings and etc. I highly recommend diamonds international! You'll have the greatest shopping experince!

In May 2005, we shopped at Diamonds International in Cozumel. I purchased a Tanzanite/Diamond ring. When I got home and had the ring appraised by an independent gem lab, I found that, due to a very poor cut of the tanzanite stone, the ring was worth half of what I paid. Diamonds International refuses to do anything other than give me store credit, which I don't want. Since my experience, I've "cruised" travel message boards and found many, many stories similar to mine. For every good experience I've heard about, I've heard fifteen bad ones.
A friend who was traveling with me had a similar experience with a three stone diamond ring she purchased from DI. I don't trust the quality of any of their jewelry and do not want anything else from them.

Based on my research, I believe they intentionally misrepresent the quality of their merchandise. Their customer service is terrible, too. Obviously, they prey on unsuspecting travelers.

I am in the process of filing a complaint with the NY Attorney General's office. (Diamonds International HQ is there). I have also filed a dispute with my credit card company.

Please learn from my mistake. Buyer Beware!!

If you like being taken buy from Diamonds International. Selling junk jewelry at inflated prices. When I purchased a stone from them it came with a money back policy stated in writing which they refuse to honor. I have had the stone independently appraised which indicated the stone was of very poor cut, color was wrong, and it appraised for less than half. When confronted with this they refused to refund my cash and insisted that I accept store credit. I have been robbed by Diamonds International don't be foolish and let the same thing happen to you.
