I used their website to order a pair of Tanzanite earrings, and I certainly can't complain. The price was good, and made even better by a $20 off coupon I found online (hint: use Google). They arrived as described and in perfect condition. I did have a slight issue with the shipping, in that I ordered them for two day delivery, I believe, and it took a few days to actually send them out, despite their website saying they would most likely ship that same day. Still, they arrived well before Christmas, so no problems there. I was a bit concerned by the fact that Fed-Ex left them on my fricken' doorstep, but I think that was a delivery problem and not a DI problem. My girlfriend has made purchases from their stores in the Carribbean and she has never had any problems. From my own personal experiences there (never actually bought anything), they are your typical jewelry store with typical pushy sales clerks. I can't speak for the quality of what I ordered, but given that I have never and would never order something incredibly expensive online without a ton of research, it's not really an issue. They were a huge hit with my girlfriend for Christmas and that's all that counts!
