Ordered on-line. Customer service rep was excellent. She checked on the stock; one item was in extremely limited supply. She put the order through immediately, got that item and saved me a 3-4 week back order. The items were delivered in two days. Excellent site.

I received notice that the faucet I ordered was discontinued and no longer available. My account was later credited. There should be a process in place that would not take my order and payment if the product is no longer available.

I ordered online, but the website is not constructed to let you know if your order went thru...at least a "thank you your order is confirmed" would of been nice. So I used their "chat customer service" to check on it. Yes, it was there but then I was told the order would take a month...UNEXCEPTABLE...should of been able to know that before ordering...then when I requested it to be canceled, I'm told my credit would take a while. UNEXCEPTABLE. I instructed American Express not to pay out if they tried to collect. Still don't know the status of my credit. Would not shop there again.

Very slow to deliver light unit and even slower for kitchen faucet. Can get no response from them for a return authorization, as I had to purchase elsewhere: AND they charge a 25% restocking fee (my bad for not having checked before). Never had to complain about an on-line provider before.

I ordered a bathtub from this company on 12/19/08. It arrived damaged and I refused delivery. When I called them the next day they said they would send another one. This should have been sent faster due to the problem but it was not.   Read full review...

They were very prompt in shipping the order and prices were very good. The problem I encountered was that one of the boxes was shipped as SIGNATURE IN PERSON REQUIRED. I had spent one day at home away from work and package never was delivered. This resulted in a two week delay because no one could be home to sign for the package and UPS "lost" it for several days so it also could not be picked up at the UPS center. The merchant promised to reship but was not responsive, luckily UPS finally came by when someone happened to be home.

Contacting DPO to report damage to the products received was difficult. There was no one available during the hours listed on their website. I was only able to contact them using live chat which is considerably slower than a phone conversation. The money saved was considerable, but so was the hassle in the return.

I was very satisfied with my overall expierience, most local retailers were telling me that there would be 2 weeks for delivery and in addition to a higher price for the item, the freight charges were double than what you offered. the Item arrived 2 days before the expected date . thank you for making this purchase so easy and convienient. The order arrived in about 24 hours which was truly surprising. One piece to one of the fixtures was broken but I have not had the time to notify them however I fully expect them to take care of it.

Did not understand dealers explanation of approx shipping time and back order. I had no clue what was happening. First I received the wrong faucet, then UPS showed up for a return process I was not told about. Now I have an extra faucet and no one has contacted me regarding same.

Had a huge selection, the lowest prices around, order came sooner than expected, and after I placed the order, I recieved a personal email from the owner thanking me for my business, and providing me a phone number should I have any questions/problems. Also, had items not to be found in Lowe's or Home Depot. Will definately go back when I need other products for my home remodel.

EXCELLENT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE -- Exceeded my expectations! Within 48-hrs after ordering, I was notified on items that needed additional time for delivery; and was (delightly) asked if the longer lead time is acceptable. All deliveries were delivered promptly and items delayed 1-2 weeks arrived on time exactly after 1-2 weeks too. Everything went smoothly and all merchandise were delivered without a scratch. This is my first purchase with DPO and will definitely make repeat purchase!
