My initial ordering and receiving was done promptly and efficiently. However, I have emailed numerous times for a RMA# to return product because it was too large. My daughter has since purchased another comforter due to the wait, so I'm just waiting now again, for a return merchandise number to complete, heck start, the return/refund process. The chair pads are very pretty and comfortable. They are on an antique rocking chair that rocked my grandchildren, my children, myself and my 4 sibblings, and my father and uncle. I am pleased with the look and the comfort of the pads and would order agin from this vendor.

It was easy to order, although I had to complete the ensemble, meaning the bed skirt and pillows from another store. Also, after ordering, I did find it cheaper elsewhere. The product came quickly and was packed neatly.

Website indicated full and queen size comforter were same size (86x86). However, labeling on product received indicated that queen was actually 88x92. I have a really thick mattress and would've bought queen size if I had known it was larger.

I was very happy with the selection and price that was offered. I recieved my package and the merchandize was exactly what I ordered. You may want to swith your DHL carrier though, they delivered 2 out of 3 packages to the wrong address. Thanks to nice people in the world these people delivered the packages to my home.

I am very pleased with the towels. They are the perfect color and was pleasantly surprised on opening that the bath towel is more the size of a bath sheet. The price was also reasonable. Having washed them before use, I am still pleased. Thank you

I didn't like the fact that I could not cancel or modify the order after it was accepted. A mistake was made, and I mistakenly doubled my order. Now I am going to have to return all of the extras I received. This is my only complaint.
