Very happy with DLO - have not returned items but appreciate the enclosure of instructions to do so. I would appreciate a 24/7 live response at their number since I had questions in determining my selection which could not be answered because of the weekend. Many of us shop at night or weekends and are not available during the day.

I was very pleased with the selection, as well as the punctuality of the product. I also was pleased with the very reasonable shipping cost. And my duvet cover is perfect!!! one suggestion would be to list the thread count of all bedding items....I was skeptical of what I was going to get, since it wasn't listed. I am so pleased with them. I put the wrong zip code on my address and did not notice this until looking at tracking. I e-mailed them and they were able to get in touch with shippers and there was no delay.

I ordered a sham and a throw pillow in ice blue color. They sent them in quartz color, not what I ordered. I had to return them for exchange but their policy is no COD's so I had to pay the freight. Right now I'm out $50 for the merchandise and about $20 in shipping fees. I'll take the survey again when I see how well my return is handled. I intend to contact them and ask for a refund on my shipping charges and expect to receive what I ordered soon. If I'm not refunded the extra shipping charges, I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB.

I received everything I ordered in a timely manner and the order was complete as ordered. However, during shipping one box was completely opened and I was initially concerned but everything was there and in good condition.

I was very disappointed with the bathroom scale, quality of product less than exceptable, the scale weighs you ten ponds heavier then you are, that is not a good thing.....dial is made of plastic..what happened to glass ?? I guess the old addage "you get what you pay for really fit this product..... the unacceptable rating is for the scale only.. The sheets and quilt were great.....

It took two tries and a email to DLO to purchase my linen. My first attempt at ordering did not provide me with the expected discount amount for the amount of the purchase. Then, after answering an email they sent ME to notify me that there were still some itmes in my cart, I explained why I did not finish ordering. I got a response wiving me several discount options. So I picked one. I recevied my order right away - sooner than I expected.

It's hard to judge colors for something you buy online. The colors didn't match my room so I had to return the comforter. It cost me $6.95 in shipping to receive and over $20 to return. I would not shop this way again.

I was emailed confirmation just as promised. Item arrived very quickly even with no upgraded shipping. I was replacing a duvet which was damaged by the new puppy in the house who decided to chew a hole in the middle of it. Item was just as described and matched my other items belonging to my set.
