Wow!!! This place was excellent. I was looking for the Sesame Street comforter with Elmo on it and I couldn't find it anywhere-not even Amazon.com!!! But they had it in stock and it got here so quickly. I will shop here again in the future.

The only problem I experienced came from selecting the color of the sheets on the website. The sheets had only one color selection but the pillow cases had two. I selected the wrong one and the pillow cases did not match the sheets. I had to send back the pillow cases and exchange them for the correct color. I am still waiting for the replacement pillow cases. The return process was straight forward and clear. I would still shop at this merchant again.

I wish items could be shipped to Guam (US possession - US zip code)and not be charged international shipping.(My daughter lives in Guam) I ordered items had them shipped to me in VA and then I shipped them to Guam. Total shipping was less than $35.00. It certainly was not very convenient and very time consuming.

The shopping experience was great. However, the quality of this comforter was poor. I would like to be able to rate and review the products on this site. I was very disappointed when I saw the product. I really expected much better from Croscill. The first comforter set I purchased earlier this year was awesome. It was also Croscill. The site is great.

Excellent navigation and selection tools within web site, such as brand, color, bedding type (quilt, comforter, duvet, bedspread). I needed a 100% cotton bed cover. The quilts were just what I needed. Once I narrowed the bed cover down to a Nautica quilt, the web site made suggestions for other accessories. I would describe the Designer Linens Outlet web site as high quality. I shopped online off and on for several months before making my final decision. I am well-pleased with DLO's online shopping experience.

Designer Linens Outlet has a good web site with good information that is well organized. I was particularly pleased to note how well their transaction software worked. The first time I clicked submit on my order my brower icon was spinning and spinning a long time. I thought "oh no" something's screwed up and I won't know if my order really went through. A minute or two later, a clear message appeared saying there had been a communications problem and to resubmit. I resubmitted and everything worked fine -- so I was actually very pleased that I got a reassuring message that didn't leave in limbo. Also product delivery was one day earlier than I expected. All good!

Good experience, got what I asked for. There was a very short shipment delay, but I was informed right away and the delay in no way caused any concern for me. Good customer service and proactive customer service. The only thing that would have made my experience more complete would have been if the sheets that I was looking for to match the pillow cases were available.

Designer Linen Outlet... they are the best. I love their website and I have called them and talked with Robin, who is wonderful! I will go nowhere else to buy what I can purchase fron DLO. Also, I am disabled and unable to physically "shop", so, DLO is a Godsend for me. I just say "thank you"!

I wrote an email stating I had an exchange situation and asked how I should go about it and got no response. Then I didn't get the 50% off price because it was a newer model pillow and that wasn't stated on-line as an exception to the discount. So I had to cancel that part of the order.
