I have dealt with Design Toscano for several years. I have ordered from their catalog by mail, over the phone, and online. Their telephone customer service was excellent, both very helpful and timely. All my orders have been shipped very well packed, arrived promptly and safely. Twice I have ordered resin Gargoyles that were between 1-2 feet in size, as well as various smaller items, all of which arrived superbly. I am extremely pleased with all my dealings with Design Toscano.
