Dermstore made promises they did not follow through on. I've been spammed with an abundance of advertisements from them. Calls to thier customer service department were not answered and after 8 minutes was disconnected by their system. Never got the opportunity to speak with a live person to resolve issue. Too many other reputable online merchants with competitive prices to bother with a store of this low caliber. Avoid frustration and shop elsewhere.
