I am very pleased with the Dermstore website. It's easy to use, I like the variety of products offered and the return policy. Another reason I enjoy shopping at the Dermstore is the quick delivery. I usually have my products within 2 days - I LOVE that.

The website was not working properly and ordered my things twice. As I could not afford both on the charge card I called. I wish I could remember the name of the rep who understood my situation, contacted UPS and had them pull the order and then got me credited immediately. I would like her commended. I really wish I knew her name. Superior customer service, above and beyond. She really listened. I was so impressed I will be back in spite of the website issues. Pamela Thomas

I had a slight delay in shipping but customer service was able to immediatle see the problem, tell me what was going on and tell me when i would receive it. I only called because i was concerned it had been delivered to the wrong address, but they were able to confirm where it was and when i would get it.

Since the facial products are so expensive, I appreciate the company shipping them free. I would like to see the shipping offer apply to orders $50.00 or more as this would encourage me to order products more frequently. I did try to reach one of your representatives by phone for questions on the products but the waiting time was so long that I gave up.

Very bad experience! And till today (almost three weeks) I haven't received the parcel yet. Maybe I'll never have it. Because they sent it without a recorded delivery which means no way of tracking the parcel! And I am in the UK! I paid $168.95 shipping included ($19.99). Maybe they never sent it, because after placing my order, they sent me an email saying the order was on ''backorder" but the money was taken strait away. After a few days of no news, I decided to call them. At that point they told me they had just sent it. But I have no proof of it. I would discourage anyone buying from outside the US. Not worthy! Be careful, because I read lot of bad reviews about them. Unfortunately it was too late for me. The money was taken! Never ever on that website again! Leticia M.

Easy to shop. I greatly appreciate the comprehensive list of ingredients for each product since I have allergies. DermStore stocks Avene Tolerance Extreme cream that is not available in stores; it is gentle and moisturizes my allergic-hypersensitive skin.
