Good shopping experience, product description and options could be improved, Trying to select the printer I had was at first confusing because I knew the model, V305, but I didnt know what style of printer, ie, all in one, or laser. The model numbers were not displayed until you select a printer style

All but one item I ordered were listed as in stock and shipping in 1-2 days and yet for more than 2 days were listed as estimated delivery of 8/21/09. As of this date 1 piece of the order has not been delivered yet because it was a preorder due out on July 26th. Because of this they never sent me an email telling me the rest of the order was shipped or when it was due and the website still says that the order is "in production" If you ship part of an order you need to let the customer know that it has been shipped and provide a tracking number! The most expensive part of my order was shipped and I had no idea when it was due and wouldn't have realized if it had been stolen! Everything they had in stock arrived in good condition and works in good order. The tv performs beyond expectation.

Web site ordering is confusing. Depending on what page you order from the offers and pricing is different for the same product. This makes the online experience very tedious.

The biggest problem is the delay in shipping. Dell web site said that product shipping time is 3 to 5 days. Then e-mail said that it will take 18 days. What kind of bullshit is that where at time of purchase a 3 to 5 days shipping time is promised and once purchase is completed it is extended to 18 days. I could just as well have bought same product from Amazon with lower cost and faster delivery. Dell better get its act together.

I TRIED TO ORDER A LAPTOP ON 6/22 AND APPARENTLY GAVE THE WRONG PHONE # , WHEREUPON MY ORDER WAS ABRUPTLY CANCELLED. I TRIED UNSUCCESSFULLY TO CONTACT A LIVE PERSON AT DELL TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM BUT WAS UNABLE TO GET THRU TO ANYONE WHO COULD BE OF ANY ASSISTANCE. I WAS NEVER TOLD WHY THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED, UNDAUNTED , I PLACED ANOTHER ORDER ON 7/2 AND WAS GIVEN A DELIVERY DATE OF 7/27. DO YOU MEAN TO TELL ME IT TAKES YOU 25 DAYS TO BUILD A LAPTOP ? I AM STILL WAITING BUT IT IS EXTREMELY DOUBTFUL THAT I SHALL EVER BUY ANOTHER DELL PRODUCT--YOUR P.R. DEPT NEEDS HELP.

I had a hard time getting the order to complete due to your not accepting mastercard. If you had acknowledged that you don't accept it I would have used the visa. Had no information from your people when I CALLED. I called at least 3 times. Placed first order on the 20th of June and finally received order in July. Frances Pierritz

my shopping experience were very bad or the worst that i have in any online shopping, all the erros that happen dell itself create it and the wont me to solve it or the order will be cancel. dell make troubles for me and also for my bank because of incorrect information that we received. i did buy many items from famous websites and had some problems but the these websites solve all the errors and all the items that i received are in its best conditions. but dell survives is very very bad for big known company as dell.

I was very disappointed with the expected delivery time of the PC I ordered. Your own surveyor seems to think it is too long as well, since I received the survey concerning the delivery of the PC more than two weeks before the PC is scheduled to be delivered.
