I called Dell on 9 25 08 to buy a refurbished CPU for my small business. Matthew Devanney sold me a CPU which was not what I had requested. I had requested a 530s (slim tower) and I payed for a 503 mini tower. Overall Good to Excellent experience. The only negative, if any, is in the initial tracking of the shipment which likely is shared between them and the shipper. Based on this purchase, I would have no hesitation to purchase from Dell again. Dell's pricing for my item was not the lowest but competitive but I was wary dealing with some unrated vendors so I chose to go with Dell besides it was a part needed for a Dell laptop so I felt it was safe to stay with Dell. I feel good about my decision after receiving the product. Based on my purchase, Dell was fine.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

Numerous problems with the shipper, DHL. Only after I threatened to contact the merchant to return the product did DHL provide delivery at 5:15 pm Friday, 10/1/08. In addition, increasing the RAM did not rectify the initial problem I have had in installin Windows Service Pack 3, despite being told by a Dell Tech Support person on a 9/30 phone call that this RAM upgrade would rectify the problem  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

I went thru the whole process of selecting my laptop and there was a problem with system and they told me to try later. The next day I tried and went thru the whole process and they no longer had the wireless printer that I wanted the day before. (Product red wireless)so I did live chat and thru 20 qustions they finally told me it was no longer available. I bought Dell ink from Staples, the photo color did not fit in the color slot. I had to call Dell and found photo color belongs in the black ink slot. The first person on the phone could not help me, the second said it was a common ocurance. I am recovering from a stroke and don't talk well. I don't often use the phone.
