Very clumsy when ordering a laptop with a custom shell. Sometimes after selecting the custom design, the design appeared when going on to customize the laptop, sometimes not. After finally getting the item customized correctly and into the Wish List, it was clumsy getting to the account, into the wish list, and further editing the configuration when I wanted to change some of the accessories. Not always certain I was getting the latest promotional upgrades. Unfortunately, going through Dell's web site appears to be the only way to get equipment customized as desired.

Very pleased with monitor about the mouse it shows blue laser around bottom of mouse in picture but it does not. in the description it does not say it just shows it. does it or doesn't it. that is my question. it is small but I do like that. other than the blue laser not showing I am ok with it. thank you J.Bailey

Merchant failed to follow their own policies. Merchandise has not been received, and cannot be received. Will be demanding a full refund for item they could not or would not deliver.

This is approximately my 6th or 7th order from Dell over the past years --- for "this order? the process was "in my opinion" not what I expected from Dell. When creating the order a delivery date of Dec 17 was shown, on check out (after order completed) the date changed to December 28, then when the e-mail confirmation arrived, it shows January 4. Previous orders were easy to follow the stages of the order, I can not find any updating or "progress" information on Dell's web site, other then "in production." An on-line inquiey was sent to Dell asking why the change in the delivery dates (over a week ago) --- have not receiven any reply, other then "We?ve received your message and look forward to serving you ... typical response time is 24 hours or less."

I wish Dell would offer more discounted prices on print cartridges; I cannot afford to buy the four offered on discounted price. I can only buy one or two; maybe a black print and color print combo.

My shopping experience was great. I just haven't received the product yet. I ordered it on 12/4 and the estimated shipping date is 12/18. It doesn't normally take that long. Must be on back order. Status check says it's in production.

I like the Dell products but the site is very confusing . I have a hard time navigating from page to page. I shop on line to take advantage of the special sales. I WONT shop on line again, because part of what was recommended to me on line turned out to be the wrong item. This is not the first time that this has happened and I have had to return items. Someone needs to check that related items are the correct ones before recommending them. The lady I talked to about the wrong item told me I had ordered that item and was not real understanding or very polite. She did, however, solve the problem.

I received the printer and accessories within a week but my laptop isn't expected until later this month. Hopefully, I can put it all together without a problem and transfer the data from my other computer.

I found the offer by accident and the price was better than any other I had found. Other than a problem with the check out process, I'm very pleased with my purchas. The shipping was right on time, even quicker than I had hoped for. There was no rebate, just the dollars off of the price and free shipping.

The price was very good for the product I ordered compared to some big box stores that sold the same product. Shipping was a little high but Next Day delivery usually is. Overall satisfied with Dell and will continue to use their products.

Received part of purchase,a sleeve to carry netbook. A promised shipping date of Dec. 14 for the netbook is a little far fetched. If you are Selling a commodity shouldn't there be a few in inventory. Nothing special about the netbook, only the color, which cost's $40.00 extra. Can you figure?

I always am able to complete my order quickly and accurately. The only thing that I don't like about using Dell printers is that their ink cartridges are only available from Dell. An occasional coupon or sale would be nice as they have a captive audience. I go through a lot of ink cartridges per year and the cost is quite high. Back to my shopping experience. No problems there.

Great Plasma TV at a great price! The only minor issue was a discrepency between Dell's estimated delivery date and the carrier's estimated delivery date. We stayed home waiting for the delivery based on Dell's date, but the product was not delivered until several days later.

oJNCE THE COMPUTER ARRIVED, MY HUSBAND HAD A HARD TIME WITH SET UP AND WAS PASSED BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN DELL (A PERSON HE COULD BARELY UNDERSTAND) AND MICROSOFT AND IN THE END i BELIEVE I WENT TO STAPLES AND PURCHASED AN UNNECESSARY SOFTWARE BECAUSE THE AGENT WAS UNHELPFUL AND ACTUALLY INCORRECT. YOUR CALL CENTER IS UNACCEPTABLE.

Bought an XB0x360 Elite system for my son for Christmas. Shopped a few days before Black-Friday to avoid the madness. The price was the same as the advertised Black-Friday price and delivery took place as promised. The merchandise was new and unopened --- much like you would buy at the Target. All in all this was a hassel-free experience --- a win - win for me all the way around.

About a month ago I tried to order ink for my printer. Their system apparently would not accept the charge from my account. After another week I tried to order again and this time the order was accepted. A few days later I received an order dated 11/13/09. About two weeks later I received an order dated 11/21/09. I was only aware of the order that was actually placed two weeks ago.
