I went into the store to replace a printer that quit working. I saw the lap top and bought it - as well as the printer. I have a Dell Dimension 8300 computer that I purchased directly from Dell and have been happy with it -- in fact, this lap top is my third Dell computer (my first laptop). I will need help learning this Windows 7. I love my XP on my regular computer.

Yes I will shop here again because you're the only one I can purchase this product. I wish you had the PK numbers on the merchandise for cartridges on your site. The guys gave me the PK number and I had to go back and get the printer number.

I THINK THAT THE INK IS TO HIGH IN PRICE. WHY DOES THE PRINTER HAVE TO HAVE DELL INK? MOST PRINTERS YOU CAN GET CHEAPER INK FOR THEM. ON THE WHOLE, MY EXPERIENCE WAS FINE.

Everything went well in the purchase. I was a little concerned about the packaging of the product. The box was larger than the product, and had very little packaging. That in turn caused the Wii to bounce around inside the box. It is a Christmas gift so will not know if it was damaged from the possible bouncing until Christmas.

Excellent shopping experience. Merchandise was received in great condition and the time from order and purchase to delivery was quick. Minor problem with the monitor being fuzzy, but online help to fix the problem was very simple and did not take long at all. No other problems noted.

I tried to purchase a computer on line. The charges were made to the wrong account. When I realized this I tried to correct it I was stonewalled for three days. Customer service would do nothing for me and wouldn't tell me who I needed to talk to. The order was finally cancelled and I was promised a refund in two days. It has been five days and still no refund.
I was very anxious to buy a new computer so I called in my order. The order was handled quickly and efficiently by a native born American with an Italian last name, not someone at a help desk in New Delhi. It seems when Dell wants to get my money I can deal someone that is very capable and understands what I am trying to do. Once they have my money all I deserve is a help desk in India. I appreciate the people at he help centers speak very good English and are bilingual they don't understand in English...yet.

Dell's website is extremely slow to load and the checkout process is confusing. The wrong quantity was generated and I had to go back and fix it. I was unable to check accurately on my order even though I followed the website directions. According to the website, only part of my order was shipped. But when I received it, everything was there. The whole process was just confusing and difficult.

I'm sure they're swamped with orders right now, because of the release of Windows 7. My computer isn't due to arrive until November 12th or 13th. Of course, I'd love to have it sooner, but I understood when I ordered it that it would take longer than usual. I wish the Dell website had better order processing and tracking. They shipped my mouse and external drive without providing a tracking number. If I'd needed to sign for it, I wouldn't have known when it would arrive. Thankfully UPS left it on my front steps. I also wish I could monitor the progress of my order better, and I hope that they provide tracking info when they ship my computer so that I can be sure to be home to sign for it.

Purchase on the net should be easy. My password, and I use few did not work. So I tried to use phone. Phone system would not take order. Tried to re register, would not let me. Purchased as a guest, finally got order through. Little explanation on difference in products. Took over an hour to order. Ridiculous
