I've ordered from DeepDiscount before and have been very happy. The items usually come in just days. Two of the 3 DVDs I've ordered here are backordered, so I'll see how long it takes to fill the order--but in the past, I've been very happy with my experiences.

I will never shop at DeepDiscount again. I was eligible for a price match that I requested before my product ever arrived. I provided all the documentation required and the price match was denied. After I purchased from the other vendor with the intention of sending the DeepDiscount product back, customer service attempted to match, but wanted to charge extra for postage. In the meantime, they sent me someone else's DVD, which means I don't have the one I need to send back, so I have to deal with that now. Pathetic. Never again.

I would appreciate (if possible) more accurate information regarding in-stock items. When I placed my order it indicated all items were in stock. A day later in my order confirmation only one item was in stock and 4 were backordered. My backordered items did not take long to become available, it just would have been better to know they were out of stock at the time of I placed my order. Thank you.

I checked last night on my order and it says it is in process. Items I have ordered through other vendors after this have alredy been received. I ordered this Nov. 23 and today is Dec 3. More detailed update on their website would help.

I live in the Netherlands, I was looking for a certain book online, since books/cds/dvds are cheaper in the USA. I came across DD, and to my surprise the book was so, so cheap there. Because of the shippingcosts I ordered some more cds/books and the totalprice incl S&H was still very fair! The book was in stock, but the other things were on backorder. On the 23rd of Nov my book was shipped and just 5 days later I received it! The next day they shipped another part of my order, Im still waiting for that, but I feel positive bout it! There's still one cd on backorder, but I trust it'll be okay. Im very pleased and content with DD and would recommend them to anyone!!! (Dec 3rd 2009)

I have not yet received one of the DVD's I ordered. It's on back order, ran out of stock. The 6 I did receive were on time and in good condition as far as I know. Some were gifts, others i have not had time to sample yet. Past experiance with this company has been good.

YOUR WEB SITE INDICATED THAT THE DVD WAS IN STOCK. SEVERAL DAYS LATER I RECEIVED AN E-MAIL INFORMING ME IT WAS OUT OF STOCK AND BACK ORDERED. I WOULD NOT HAVE PLACED THE ORDER IF I KNEW IT WAS NOT IN STOCK. I HAVE A COPY OF THE PAGE THAT STATES THAT IT WAS IN STOCK. I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE DVD OF "ONCE UPON A HONEYMOON" PLEASE INVESTIGATE.

As I live in Australia I would like to look at the Region coding of Blue Rays ie if they are Region free as they do make many that way. If in the description or an option box to browse Region free. Just a thought for overseas buyers. Thanks.

I love this site, It is very easy to find the products you are looking for through there "SEARCH" products link on site. They now sell many, many more things than they did when I first found them ffour years ago. As I stated above there site is very "USER FRIENDLY"! one of the two items i ordered didn't come in. I guess they were out. I would have ordered a different item, had i known this. I had to purchase a separate gift when i realised i wouldn't recieve my item. then it showed up in the mailbox a week later.... I didn't know it was back ordered. there were also two separate charges made to the bank account... it was confusing. and somewhat frustrating
