I have been purchasing from this website ever since my brother who lives in San Francisco told me of their buy 1 - take 1 promotions every end of the year. There was one time when they made a mistake of sending the same box set but they replaced it. Initially, however, the tone of their first message was that they didn't make mistakes or they thought I was fooling them. When they received the duplicate via mail, they realized that they did make a mistake.

I have no real complaints after many years of buying DVDs, CDs and books from DeepDiscount.com. If I have any suggestion for them, it would be to "beef up" their product descriptions. More than once, I've gone to Amazon.com to read their more detailed product descriptions, before making the actual purchase at DeepDiscount. DeepDiscount generally has the lowest price available anywhere, so very slightly "worse" product descriptions is something I can definitely live with!

Deep Discount let me know what would be coming and what out of stock. I received the instock DVDs within a week of ordering. Everything was in fine shape. The DVDs I have viewed so far have been fine.

I purchase alot of dvd's from your Company in the past and DD always had the best price and sometimes arived early or at least on time. The True Blood Dvd was priced at $52.00 and my local Target sold it for $34.99 with a $5 gift card. My order from DD didn't arive until 2 days after the release date. I purchased one from Target the day it was released and returned the one I purchased from DD back. I will still purchase Dvd's from DD but I won't pre-order any dvd'd in the furture because they now arive too late. And with the prices of things today- Deep Discount Dvd is no longer the best price like you once were.
