Search engine is too broad. Typing in the name of the movie I wanted didn't bring up that movie, but gave me over 100 other possibilities. If they don't have the one I'm looking for, that's fine, but don't waste my time with 10 pages of things I don't want or am not interested in.

DeepDiscount is great. My only complaint is order tracking. It's a pain in the neck. I wish they'd put the tracking number in the confirming email as a link like so many others do rather than forcing you to go through the 8 or 9 additional steps (logging on, hunting down the obscure "My Account" page, etc. etc.) If they feel they can't do that for security purposes or something, at least put a link to "My Account" at the top of the webpage next to "Wishlist" or "Help" so you can find the darn thing.

It took way too long for me to receive the books I ordered for my book club. I placed my order on 10/7/09. It didn't ship until 10/13/09 and I didn't receive it until 10/20/09. I will not order from them again.

takes too long to get merchandise. My friend ordered a dvd on amazon.com on Saturday Oct 17th and received it Oct 20th. I ordered my merchandise on the 9th and still have yet to receive it. Not good!!!!

Products that show as in-stock when selected for purchase sometimes turn out to be out-of-stock when cart is processed. That is disappointing and misleading. However, prices are often better than Amazon.com, and shipping is usually free.
