The only problem is that I had received an online email offer that I could purchase Michael Buble's Crazy Love CD for on $9.97 on 10/15/09, but when I actually put the order in on the following Monday the price quoted online had gone up to $12.97! It seemed like a very short time to take the offer back! When I went back on line the initial Offer of $9.97 was still posted! I wasn't too happy about that!

Shipped item third day after order. No tracking available apparently. If you go into your account, it only shows if your order is open or closed--no further detail is offered. But everything about the order went fine, so I'd definitely order from them again.

I ordered by computer. Everything is clear (that is, listing when an item is in stock or out of stock with an e-mail follow up telling when to expect the item). Your prices are the lowest I've seen (and the free shipping really makes purchasing with you a good buy at a time when money is tight). The DVD's I ordered came in five days (re the free shipping) and in excellent condition. I was so pleased that i just placed another order.

I have been purchasing fewer DVDs from Deep Discount this year because of Amazon.com's price guarantee. If I pre-order an item from Amazon and the price goes down before shipping, I am guaranteed to be given the lower price. When I pre-order from Deep Discount, the moment I place the order the price is locked in. If it goes down before shipping, I'm just out of luck. I would love to see Deep Discount offer this same service.

Excellent service. Fast delivery. Deep Discount is shipping CDs in a flexible plastic insert within an envelope. This is a bad method of shipping. Almost every CD I receive this way has a cracked or broken CD case. Please go back to your previous way of shipping CDs.

In stock items I received within a week and as other DVDs have become available, I have been notified, charged, and received within days of being notified that the DVDs had been shipped.
