I made a purchase over 2 weeks before Christmas in order to receive items in plenty of time..I received an email on 12/23 advising me that the one item would NOT be avaialble. This LATE notice is totally unacceptable, I did not read this email until 12/24 and it was too late to go out and search for this item, There was absolutely NO tracking of any sort on the website for me to find out where the item was, I was still hoping the item would arrive in time of gift giving...I also ordered a video on the same day that still has NOT arrived...I will NOT be accepting this item and will be refusing it so I will be DEMANDING a full refund, including shipping.I can not believe the unprofessionalism of this company. I spent over $1500 this year online for my christmas shopping and never once did I encounter such horrible customer service. I would have understood if I had received an email 2 weeks ago advising me there might have been an issue with the delivery of the item because I could have made the decision myself as to wait for it or go out and find another one from a different retailer. Due to the late notification from DeepDiscount.com, I had to give a child money on christmas eve rather than a gift which I hated doing!!! I do nearly 100% of my shopping online because I am disabled and I can tell you that this is the LAST time I will be shopping with DeepDisocunt.com. I will also be posting what transpired on both my twitter and facebook accounts so all my friends and family will also stay away from your establishment. Shame on you for not handling your customrs better during the holidays!

Can be slow. But they are dependable. Their search feature could be better. It's hard to get the results you want. Also, many items that I would order from them are frequently out of stock. Still, when their price is the lowest it's worth the slightly longer wait to get the item with free shipping.

Deep Discount did not honor its price match policy. the company had restrictions on which companies it price matches (i.e., does not price match from companys whose website allows ordering from website and pickup at store (Walmart, Sears, Target)). The company finally waited on for the competitions price to return to its normal price then stated there price was cheaper. Their telephone customer service department is just a contract telephone service and has no authority to price match.

Many times the prices at Deep Discount are cheaper then I can purchase a dvd for on eBay. No shipping and new/sealed also. Have been a customer of DD for many years. Actually was told about the site by a customer waiting in line at Circuit City. Went home and tried it and have been hooked ever since.
