The CD arrived almost a month after I ordered it. According to the rep, it had been back ordered, yet, my confirmation slip had it as "available." This was for a charity gift that had been requested by a child. Unfortunately, it missed the deadline for me to deliver it to the charity.

If they have the product in stock, I can expect to receive it on time. If it's out of stock, it takes quite a while to get it, but I expected that when ordering. I've only had one CD that had a manufacturer's defect, but they replaced it with no problem. I've made over a dozen orders (average $50 each time) with them over the past year and have had no issues. They're great!

I ordered 2 CD's at one time. Later when checking my order, one was labeled "Backordered". If I had known this, I would not have ordered this, because I know I wouldn't have received it before Christmas.

had been trying to get the kranks and miracle worker (1979 version)At first I had made some mistakes typing card info (both movies were 8.97. Few days later got rdiffernt card and went to order. The Miracle worker went up to 14.97. Forget that Thats ridiculis no more

Out of twelve items (DVDs & CDs) I ordered, only three were in stock, five backordered items have been shipped, and I have no idea when the remaining items will ship. I would like to have had a status report on the backordered items so that I could have reordered them from another vendor if necessary. It's probably a holiday thing.

Everything was great with one minor exception. When I went to do the rebate on line, it asked for a rebate offer number. It showed three places where I could find this info. The first was on a packing slip that I never received. If I had to mail in the rebate form, this was a requiered form, but it didn't exist. The other two places it was to show up on, the printed rebate form and in my e-mail, it was no where to be found. I took a guess that the offer number was the P.O. Box number on the rebate form's mailing address, and luckly it worked. I don't consider this a major problem, but one that should be looked into to make the process easy for your customers. The DVD prices were competititive, and I was able to find the items I was looking for. However, I thought delivery was not within what one deems acceptable. I waited 12 days to get 3 DVDS and 1 book.

Being B.O. it was disconcerting to not have an expected ETA. Would have been nice to know when to expect arrival. The free shipping does not have the tracking capabilities FYI but not having to pay extra for that is nice.

Although I was only able to check the status of my oder as "proccesing" or "shipped" my oder got to me amazingly quick and in perfect condition. I have used Deep Discount in the past and I will use them in the future I'm sure!
