Placed on Dec 2nd one item arrived the other one shipped on Dec 12th didnt receive it yet dec 25th. this company have serious shipping delays even with expedite shipping check there facebook page and you will see all kind of problems. last time I order from them.

I want to rate them the lowest score possible.
Deepdiscount.com falsely advertised Dark Souls PS3 collector's edition.  I pre-ordered from them.  I waited 2 weeks after the game release, and their customer service d*cked me around during that time.  Then the regular edition arrived after 2 weeks.  
If they didn't falsely advertise Dark Souls collector's edition, I could have ordered it from a more reputable seller like Amazon.  Now I missed out on this edition.
I will never order from them again.

I've bought one CD from them and since then, I've been bombarded with junk emails from them.  Repeated requests to unsubscribe have not worked.  Only buy from them if you don't mind additional email clutter!

List things in stock on their website and allow you to waste time ordering them well after they have been 'discontinued'. Ignored request for cancellation of other items on order. Refused to refund until after I have received and returned the items (that I had requested to cancel before they shipped). I haven't received them yet.

Appalling robotic customer service.

Took order/money. Placed on my account. Then ignored order.

Told me to place second order - then later re-actioned original order cut the order down -shipped it out after ignoring emails - and charged me again - doubling shipping costs per unit to rub it in.

Deep Discount are crooks and protected by their State Government.

Excellent prices but they took forever to ship my products to me and they never gave me any notifications past the initial receipt.  It was nice to save the $5, but next time I'll go with someone else, spend the extra money, and get the things a few weeks sooner.

SLOW and HORRIBLE service

I placed an order for products that said they usually ship in 1-2 days.  After 10 days and no update on my order status from "Processing" I emailed to find the status.  I got a response that my email had been forwarded to the appropriate department.  Then nothing.  I emailed that I wanted to cancel my order since it was taking too long.  I got the following canned response:

Due to our quick order processing, orders for in-stock items cannot be canceled or changed once they are placed.  Backorders may be canceled or changed up to 24 hours before the anticipated ship date.  Pre-orders may be canceled or changed up to 7 business days prior to the release date.  We show your order is in the shipping process and will be shipped within the next 24-48 hours.

The reason for not being able to cancel is their QUICK order processing.
Hilarious!!!

I wonder if I will ever get my DVDs or my money back.  Perhaps I will have to just learn from this experience to stay away from DeepDiscount.com

Price Match is a scam, they do not match prices from other sites, they have you send an email with the $$ but have many explanations as to why they will not match.  Very slow response - I will stick with Amazon or Barnes & Noble, and apply discount coupons from savings.com

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!  This is without a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with.  They did not ship an item nor let me know what was going on.  I could never reach them by email or phone to see if they had it in stock.  They never notified me.  I stopped payment, and I bought the item from another company.   A month later deepdiscount finally shipped it to me and I returned it back to them. Three months later they sent me to collections. I have never before received a collection notice.  It is a nightmare.  They should be run out of business.

The prices are good, but will you get the merchandise? Upon ordering, I waited three months. During this time the item was said to be shipped, not shipped, shipped, and then finally discontinued. To retain all of the info on my item i had to constantly badger the customer service department. After all the discontent, went on ebay, bought the item for less, and received it in two days.

Will spam you forever. Do not give them any info.

There is no way to get ahold of anyone at this company so if something happens to your order, you're screwed. They will, however, spam you forever. They will not stop. Asking to be removed does nothing. And since you can't get an actual person in email or on the phone, this will never end. I've registered a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but so far they have not responded - I feel this is something I will have to keep doing since they will not leave me alone. I'm looking into other options to get these people to stop. Whatever you do, do NOT give them any personal info (like your email). If you want a cheap place to buy DVDs and Blu-rays, Amazon is far and away the best. If you want to get ripped off and realize you can't get the problem resolved because no one actually works at this company (to deal with customers) than use this place.  One of the worst run companies I've ever encountered in 20 years on the net. AVOID

Absolutely hopeless! I ordered a book for my husband's birthday on 13th October. It has yet to arrive. It was backordered and then apparently dispatched on 3rd Dec. I thought that even though it had missed his birthday, it would arrive in time for Christmas. No. I wonder if it will arrive in time for next Christmas? They have been slack in the customer service department too. I asked when it would arrive on 23rd Dec and they just gave me a one line reply saying to allow 30 days for delivery. Well I do believe I've allowed 90 days now. Absolute rubbish. Plus I took myself off the mailing list two weeks ago and am still getting emails. DON'T BUY FROM THESE GUYS IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO RECEIVE YOUR GOODS!

HORRIBLE COMPANY! Do NOT do business with this company. Spend the extra $2 or $5 and go with Amazon.com or another reputable company. Bought a DVD on 11/30 and it was never listed as "backordered" on the website, only listed on my e-mail confirmation. Had I known it was backordered I would have never ordered the dang item in the first place.
Tried to cancel my order and they said they couldn't because it was in the "shipping" phase. Oh really? Because I never even got a shipping confirmation e-mail from them.
I actually pro-actively called BoA and told them not to accept any charges from this company. Terrible customer experience. Buyer beware!!!!!

Based on some pretty good reviews I ordered a game for my son for Christmas from deepdiscount.com. It was a mistake, I placed the order on the 10th of December, and did not receive it in time for Christmas even though their website guarantees Christmas delivery. I emailed them after two weeks to see where we were in the shipping process, no response, I called-waited on line 20 minutes to be told that they couldn't tell me when the game would ship. I re-emailed on the 22-no response. The only time I got a response was today(the 24) when I tried to cancel the order. All of the sudden my order is "in process" and can not be cancelled! The question is what does "in process" mean? Up until now it has meant nothing. I feel like I have been scammed, time will tell if I ever get the game. I had to scramble today to get him something else because this was supposed to be a present from an out of town relative. Maybe we will have it by his birthday which is in a month!

DISHONEST ONLINE RETAILER! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I jumped at the chance of buying the Matrix Collection for under $15. 24 hours later I receive an email stating that my order has been canceled due to a pricing error after already receiving a confirmation email. I could except this, maybe, had the order been canceled earlier than a day later. This deal was posted on slick deals so they had hundreds to thousands of orders. There is no way they did not know about it until a day later. If thats not enough, the same exact thing happened the same day with the Batman collection.Everyone is now posting that their orders have been canceled for both blu-rays. This was just a cheap scam to increase traffic. From what I have gathered this was not the first time they pulled a stunt like this. 
Even though they say they canceled my order, it is still listed as open on their site. Do not trust this site. I will never buy anything from this site again.
Stick to online retailers you can trust.

 Lack of accurate communication. Tried to phone Customer Service- On hold for over an hour - No responses to several e-mail requests and when you finally reach customer service  provided mis-information that item has shipped. Repeat phone call requesting  e-mail confirmation of shipping actually now shows Back-ordered. No reply as to ability to get merchandise in time for Christmas. Very disappointing experience todate.

I ordered 2 items on 12/12 for Christmas. I was informed on 12/19 that the items were out of stock. I now have to scramble to find the items in time for Christmas and pay for faster shipping. Very bad experience. They should have informed me sooner or listed the items as out of stock. Do not buy from this site.

I ordered a game from this website and chose expedited shipping. I received an automated email stating that my order would arrive standard delivery 5-10 business days. I immediately emailed the company to have this changed. Posted on their site, it says to please allow 24 hours for a response. I hadn't received anything on the third day, so I sent another email, asking them to call or email me immediately. I attempted to call them during the posted business hours, went through all the prompts, and was disconnected. Thinking it was a mistake, I redialed, went through all the prompts again, and was disconnected at precisely the same time. I waited a few more days, expecting, at least, a response from my first email. I still haven't received anything. No response, no call back, no shipment email- nothing. This is honestly the worst online customer service that I've ever encountered and would highly recommend shopping elsewhere .

I am at this moment waiting for an item that was supposed to be shipped 2day shipping. This is now the third day. When I contacted DEEPDISCIOUNT.com they said if the problem is not resolved in seven days to contact them again. What about the 2day shipping I was promised? I replied to their response and apparently they will not respond for another seven days. They have no phone number to contact only email. I will not trust this company with fast shipping again. I probably will not do business with them again in the future.I am extremely dissatisfied with them. Also, after I ordered the item and noticed that it had not shipped by the end of the second day that Deepdiscount had changed their shipping to UPS From DHL and the 2day shipping price was nearly five dollars less. I needed this item sooner than later or I would have chosen standard shipping.  Also If the item is back ordered do I have to wait a week to find out I cannot get this item from them at all !?

I've never seen anything like it.  It is impossible to communicate with this on-line company.  They don't respond to e-mails and when you call, either the phone calls are dropped or you wait forever, without no response.  I have tried to call five times and after thirty-plus minutes each time, I still have never gotten through. 

They double-billed an order and I cannot communicate with them.

My experiences with Deep Discount have been very negative.  Twice I have placed orders only to find some items were backordered with no estimated ship date (despite being listed in stock on the site and in my cart).  Worse yet, Deep Discount never notified me of the status--not even on the "My Orders" page on the website!  In both cases I had to call the company and sit on hold for over 20 minutes to learn that my CDs were never going to arrive.  In another case the company did email to let me know it was cancelling one of my items, though the "My Orders" page was never updated.  Furthermore, half the CDs I have recieved arrived in badly cracked cases.  The very small savings over Amazon are really, really not worth the hassle of bad service.  Ordering through DD is really a crapshoot, and in my experience the customer usually loses.

This seemed like a great place to get DVDs for a great price. I decided to try it. I ordered a dvd on 11/25 (now it is 12/13), my account says open-but there are no details. I called  DeepDiscount and waited a half hour just to talk on the phone to customer service. When I finally did get someone-she was rude. She even asked me if I would like to cancel my order (a couple of times before I even finished talking) as if I was wasting HER time talking to her. My order still says OPEN-but there is no description. The rep basically said it has become backordered-with no knowledge of when it will arrive-probably will not be here in time for Christmas. I understand-delays happen-but some explanation would have helped! It doesn't sound like a place I will be ordering from again-too unreliable, and virtually no customer service! Keep your customers informed! I would say go with another more reputable company. I am very disappointed with them!

This is one of the worst online experiences I have ever had and I order online a lot.  I have tried to contact them with emails and phone calls but no one has responded once! I ordered a video game from them and the status of the item was 'open' for like a week.  I sent them 3 emails asking to tell me if they have the product in stock and when it will be shipped because the purchase was time sensitive.  I kept waiting with no response and no status change on the site.  So I went to the online account and cancelled the item and emailed them twice saying to cancel the item and not charge my card because of their lack of response and me not knowing when this product would arrive.  Three days after that I receive an email saying the product has been shipped and now I have sent two more emails trying to reach them but still no response.

Worst experience every I have order this dvd's on 10/03/10 and it's 11/25/10 today still didn't get anything... When I e-mail then to cancle my order they e-mail me that I can't cancle my order. And that they don't have any shipping date for me. How stupid it that. Finally I called them people they said I SHOULD get my DVD on 12/03 That's two months. I will never buy anything from this Website.
