At first when I went to purchase the item I found that it was on backorder. I finished the purchase anyway and 3 days later it was shipped. Very happy with purchase and would shop there again. They have the best prices.

These Folks give great service, and handle all orders, and any back orders, promptly. When looking for DVD's I'll always check DeepDiscount first. The only suggestion I'd like to make, is that they describe the Screen Format of the DVD (Standard, or Widescreen) in the description of the DVD. They are getting better at this, but still many DVD's descriptions don't have this information. All and all, a great company, great service, and great prices.

Prices are usually pretty decent (not always the lowest total price online as sometimes advertised). Search engine for CD titles leaves a lot to be desired. If one looks for a specific title or group, the results are overwhelming (many results not really specific to the product one is looking for).

Overall Good to Excellent service. Sometimes shipments take too long. They are occasionally out of what I want to order but they do get it usually. Innfo on DVDs could be more especially technical stuff - they don't always show Criterion as Criterion, etc. Search could stand to be narrower or clearer on best matches.

I tried to order an item through their website. Several days later, I received an email saying the item was out of stock. I still haven't been told when they expect to get more in, and the holidays are fast approaching. VERY irritating.
