I like this merchant's pricing and no shipping fee policy but I have had problems in the past: Late orders; incorrect orders; etc. Howver, the low prices compensate for a multitude of sins.

I was never given any information as to why it took so long to ship my order from the time I actually placed my order online. AND, when I clicked on my order it said there was no tracking number . . . so I don't know where it is.

There was no indication that the item was not in stock until after I placed my order and inquired. I felt deceived that they had the best price, the site made it appear that the item was in stock, and not until I emailed to ask an ETA that I was told it was not in stock and would not arrive in the original estimated time.

I love the fact that it is always free shipping. Their prices are very competitive, also. They carry quite a bit of inventory that I can't find elsewhere, especially at their prices. I have ordered from them quite a few times and have never been disappointed.

I ordered the dvd's on a Thursday night and paid for two day shippng but I didn't receive the package until one week later the following Thursday. I am satisfied with the product it just took a little long than I expected.

DeepDiscount.com is a great alternative to some of the other online e-tailers. They never charge shipping for standard shipping and some shipments are fast and some are not -- media mail is like that. I have been purchasing from DeepDiscount.com since they were only selling DVDS and have purchased CDs and even furniture as gifts for my family. I enjoy shopping at DeepDiscount.com -- they have good prices and even better sales.

The majority of the time, all the items ordered from DeepDiscount have arrival on or the time requested and I have received what I ordered. In the number of years I have been shopping at DeepDiscount, there have only been two incidents where I have either received the wrong item or defective item.
