The so called free shipping is a joke. I still have not received one of two items that were in stock at the time of purchase. They were shipped separately. Why? I order online all the time with different vendors and have had no problems until now. My item says it shipped 11/19 and it is now 12/03. I really doubt I will order from DeepDiscount again.

CD orders process are terrible (OK on DVDs). CD orders are processed exremely slow and/or not shipped. While credit cards are not charged until shipped, weeks of delay until shopment or notification that they are "out of stock" are extremely frustrationg.

Great! One item was out-of-stock but the rest was shipped right away and I have a note saying the other part of the order has shipped. Rates right up there with all the good on-line places to shop!

Got a fantastic deal on these DVDs - no one else was within 150% of their price. Although I was originally informed they were on back order, I received a follow-up e-mail 4 days later and had them at my door within a time frame that would've been good if they'd been in stock the day I ordered. All my transactions with them have gone smoothly!

I've ordered from DeepDiscount before and have been very happy. The items usually come in just days. Two of the 3 DVDs I've ordered here are backordered, so I'll see how long it takes to fill the order--but in the past, I've been very happy with my experiences.

I will never shop at DeepDiscount again. I was eligible for a price match that I requested before my product ever arrived. I provided all the documentation required and the price match was denied. After I purchased from the other vendor with the intention of sending the DeepDiscount product back, customer service attempted to match, but wanted to charge extra for postage. In the meantime, they sent me someone else's DVD, which means I don't have the one I need to send back, so I have to deal with that now. Pathetic. Never again.

I would appreciate (if possible) more accurate information regarding in-stock items. When I placed my order it indicated all items were in stock. A day later in my order confirmation only one item was in stock and 4 were backordered. My backordered items did not take long to become available, it just would have been better to know they were out of stock at the time of I placed my order. Thank you.

I checked last night on my order and it says it is in process. Items I have ordered through other vendors after this have alredy been received. I ordered this Nov. 23 and today is Dec 3. More detailed update on their website would help.

I live in the Netherlands, I was looking for a certain book online, since books/cds/dvds are cheaper in the USA. I came across DD, and to my surprise the book was so, so cheap there. Because of the shippingcosts I ordered some more cds/books and the totalprice incl S&H was still very fair! The book was in stock, but the other things were on backorder. On the 23rd of Nov my book was shipped and just 5 days later I received it! The next day they shipped another part of my order, Im still waiting for that, but I feel positive bout it! There's still one cd on backorder, but I trust it'll be okay. Im very pleased and content with DD and would recommend them to anyone!!! (Dec 3rd 2009)

I have not yet received one of the DVD's I ordered. It's on back order, ran out of stock. The 6 I did receive were on time and in good condition as far as I know. Some were gifts, others i have not had time to sample yet. Past experiance with this company has been good.
