i recieved a phone call to verify my address, assuming it was on it's way. It was ordered 4 weeks before Christmas! On Dec 23, I recieved an e-mail stating we would not be recieving the product at all. Left me in quite a situation with my son, because that was his only Christmas present. Now he still doesn't have it. Had I known it would take 4 weeks to tell me you could no longer get what I wanted, my son may have his christmas present right now! You pretty much ruined our Christmas. Thank You very much!

I ordered a DVD that their website indicated was shipped within 2 days. But there was no tracking information available. Two full weeks after their indicated shipping date, it arrived. I don't think 2 weeks is a reasonable time for delivery.

I ordered two DVDs to be delivered to different locations as Christmas gifts. I placed the order online, and the merchandise was delivered to the locations within a day or two beyond the estimated delivery date. Due to the extreme
weather conditions during that period, I feel that was very reasonable, and the recipients were very pleased with the DVDs. I have always been pleased with my orders through DeepDiscount.

i purchased the product 2 weeks before christmas & it was listed as "in stock". a WEEK later i got a notice that it was out of stock. why did it take a week for them to realize that it was out of stock. they did e-mail me when they finally shipped it & it arrived quicker than i expected once it was shipped but too late for christmas. this caused me to have one of those "emergency" gift shopping trips at the height of holiday madness. something i work at avoiding.i will never trust deep discount again.

I like DeepDiscount alot, mainly because of its "free shipping" policy and its low prices. However, this Christmas more of my selections were on "Backorder" for an inordinate amount of time in some instances, which was disappointing. Also. their "Tracking" information is minimal and their "Cancellation" policy seems to be nonexistent.

I was very pleased with the overall transaction. A great price and free shipping helped me in my decision to use this vendor. Also, The availability of a hard to find DVD was one of the reasons I chose this vendor. The shipping could have been a little faster, but the DVD arrived in the allowable time stated for delivery. Time was not a critical issue here anyway and I chose the standard shipping option. Communication was very good and the overall process from ordering to checkout went well. I would definitely recommend this vendor and will use them again in the future for movies that are not easily found in the mainstream marketplace or when I am looking for great deals on movies.

This was my first experience with Deep Discount. They made it easy to find the gift I was looking for and easy to order. The only reason I rated the Merchant "good" instead of excellent was because when I choose the gift, it was declared available. When the order confirmation was emailed to me, it stated the product was temporarily out of stock.

When I ordered the DVD on 11/27/2009 for a Christmas gift, DeepDiscounts had it listed as "in-stock". I received an email confirming my order and it still listed the DVD as "in-stock".
One week later, on 12/04/2009, I received an email from DeepDiscount stating the DVD was unexpectedly backordered and they would email me with an approx. ship date. I heard nothing from them until nearly two weeks later, 12/17/2009, when they informed me it was finally shipped. I just received it today, Tuesday 12/29/2009, so it's taken over a month and (needless to say) it didn't make it here by Christmas.
I might possibly order from DeepDiscounts again, but I will certainly allow for more time in placing my order because the "in-stock" notice doesn't seem to be accurate. It would've been nice if they hadn't taken a week to tell me it was backordered, but at least it finally made it here and the price I paid for it was good.
