When I called after I discovered that I had ordered the wrong item, the DeepDiscount agent immediately issued a return label and reordered the correct item with no delays or hassles. I have ordered from this merchant many times and will continue to do so.

I would like to note that last time I shopped here I paid $6.95 for expediated shipping. This time I did not. The DVDs took the same amount of time to get here. This time it is during the week of Dec. 14-19, so I would expect it to take longer. I wish they would return my expediated shipping for the last order. That was a waste of money.

As soon as I placed the order I realized that the shipping address change had not saved and the order was being shipped to the wrong address. I contacted Deepdiscount with in minutes of placing the order but they could not change the shipping address. I think if I could have called them the problem would have been resolved.

DeepDiscount.com is an excellent source of CDs and DVDs. I had a problem with the wrong credit card number on my account (my error) but it was not easy to correct an order once it was entered. The order was automatically canceled. I had to enter the new credit card number, wait a day for it to process, then reenter my order. Other than that problem, DeepDiscount.com has been wonderful.

It would be nice to be able to track a shipment via a UPS or FedEx link. Other companies do and it's great service. To date, all I know is my shipping date estimate. We are within that range, but I am yet to receive the product. At this very moment, I'm disappointed.

The prices are good, but free shipping is very slow. I order a day prior to "last day for Christmas delivery." Hopefully, I will have my package by Christmas. If I didn't order early, I would have chosen another merchant or purchased items in a store.

The website let me order an item, put a pending charge on my bank account, than a few days later emailed me and said that the item has been discontinued; one question, BEFORE CHRISTmas? I was purchasing an item for my wife, that she really wanted, and now it's discontinued right before Christmas, I am very disappointed.

Using the site was easy, but they tell you if a product is on backorder they will not take the money from your acocunt until the item is shipped. This is not true, they took the full amount from my account even though one DVD is on backorder and no date was set as to when to expect it.

Because I live overseas, I expect and tolerate some delays. DeepDiscount.com has the most reasonable shipping rates in combination with lower product prices, and has always fulfilled orders as quickly as anyone could. I look to them first for whatever DVDs I want to buy.

In general, I have had good experiences shopping from Deep Discount. I was very displeased, however, when I ordered a DVD set for my daughter's Christmas present last year. One of the discs was defective (containing two movies), and due to the time "wasted" under the Christmas tree, I was outside of the return window for defective products. You really should allow sufficient time for folks who order gifts in late October, to return defective products.

As a first time customer of yours I was disappointed in the service provided. First when I ordered the two games I was informed that both were in stock and would ship within two days from date of order. I received a confirmation of my order then tracking info. When checking on the tracking it was discovered that one of the items was not shipped. Upon calling your customer service folks I learned that one item was back ordered. Bad way to do business. If you do not have an item ordered you should advise the customer immediately or as soon as you run out of the item you should advise the customer. Here it is time folks are buying for Christmas and I had to jump through hoops to determine the item promised to me would not be shipped immediately and you did not know when it would be shipped. Again, this is a bad business practice if you want to create loyal customers that will become repeat customers. I doubt if I will buy from you again because of the way this order was mishandled by your policies and procedures. Merry Christmas, Bob

I was disappointed in that the products were listed as "in stock" at the time I placed my order, but my status sent in an email a short time later showed both items to be "backordered". This was very frustrating to me. I have been notified that the products have now shipped, but I still have not received them as yet.

I like their prices and free shipping, however, they can do better with their search engine, and notice of product availability. Items I ordered, which were shown as available in my cart, did not arrive, and were listed as on backorder only after I received some of my order. I do like them, and have ordered in the past, and will continue to do so when necessary. Sometimes you can get better deals on ebay even with shipping, at least you know the product is available. I have recommended this site to friends.
