I was pleased that DecTrader had the hard-to-find item I needed. The website was very user friendly. Upon ordering, we almost immediately received, via e-mail, the invoice and order confirmation. We also received our order promptly. My overall rating for DecTrader would be excellent.

I was pleased to find the product we needed since I couldn't find it at more mainstream vendors (Staples, Compaq, etc.). We received the product in a timely manner and we were also kept well informed via e-mail of the status of our shipment. The website itself was easy to use and straightforward. My overall experience with DecTrader was excellent.

They really treat you like a number, not a person. An employee of mine was transfering to our regional office here and asked me to get him a docking station - he mistakenly told me the wrong laptop model, so I ordered the wrong docking station.I

They DO NOT give any refunds or credits if you order the wrong products. We wont be buying from them again and neither should you. This is the only company i know of that doesnt give at least credit to you. There are many more companies that you can buy form and get at least credit.
