The item was delivered in a timely manner, but I have the feeling this was VERY old stock, and the box had probably been opened. The box was missing some parts -- o-rings and gaskets, and the battery was dead. I won't send it back because it took me a few weeks to get around to checking the box, but I would inquire carefully before ordering anything else from this company.  I would not shop here again	Overall Rating: On-time delivery:

When I received the software package, it was defective. I contacted DealYard.com and was told to contact the manufacturer, Individual Software. I did but received no response so recontacted DealYard.
