Dealyard is no deal! I ordered a Grohe Faucet for an excellent price, unfortunately if was missing most of the parts and had only one handle. Dealyard said they were not responsible because it had been over 21 days. Not responsible is the operative words  here. They also refused to give me their physical address so that I could report them to BBB. This is probably not the first time, that someone wanted to file a bad report. Save yourself the trouble of ordering from a less than reputable company, shop elsewhere!

I bought a Hansgrohe electronic faucet from this dealer and have had problem with it. After installing this item, I noticed the water dripping from within the faucet body during the first use. I e-mailed the merchant regarding this issue and wanted an exchange. Dealyard stated that their return policy is that they cannot accept an item after installation, but how would I know that the product is defective if not installed? 

The merchant refused to take care of the issue and neither did Amazon. I am now asking my credit card company to take care of it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT!!!

Great prices - HORRIBLE customer service. I bought a faucet for a great price with Dealyard. However trying to return/exchange it was awful. My emails went unanswered for days, and the "restocking fees" that suddenly appeared made it not even worth returning the item. The low price isn't worth the hassle. Shop at a reputable website that stands behind their return policy.

I ordered a Food Saver Vacuum Packaging System V2490BCT. It is supposed to be new and would have been a fantastic deal, but it's defective, doesn't work at all. I'm wondering if it's a reconditioned product or just a lemon. This is my first time ordering from DealYard. I will soon see how they will handle this problem. Will they give me a full refund plus pay return shipping costs? So much for Easter leftovers being vacuum sealed with my new FoodSaver.

DEALYARD response was that since in product description
it does not mention which control you will get too bad.
Review attached to item clearly states which control
sent however DEALYARD states contol you get -Is control
you get -- 15% restocking fee.

Three of the four items received were in very good (perfect) condition. One faucet was missing a small part (aerator). Contacted the merchant, who indicated they would send one, but it has not yet been received and I no longer expect to ever receive it. That expectation is the result of the merchant not being willing to apply their free shipping policy to my order. From my perspective, their customer service issue resolution practice seems to be... continue to ask and then re-ask for the same information until the customer gives up and just goes away.

Everything went well, even faster with Paypal. Top of the line merchandise at substantial rebates. All items bought would have cost me almost double. Allthough they were last year top of the line, they turned out fantastic. You have to compromise on choice a bit but it's well worth it. Service superb: one item was missing in one order. Item was listed - Assumed it was available. Took about two weeks to receive an email indicating the item was not in stock at the time of order and that it should not have been listed. Sent an email requesting cancellation of my order and received verification of cancellation in one day. Item is still listed as available on the web site. Rex Henderson

The price was so low - less than $10 - that I didn't bother to contact DealYard about receiving the wrong item. I got a stand for PS2 but not the one advertised and not one that I could use. The one I got was for the larger model PS2 and did not have room for storage on the sides. Turned out to NOT be much of a deal !
