Incorrectly/falsely advertised this product as a stereo adapter and it is only mono. Charged me 4.99 for shipping (product cost $2.99). Costs about a buck to ship but of course you don't refund shipping charges so you can charge what you like and then when something goes wrong who is out...the consumer.

I have no idea how this company rates so high with so much negative feedback in their history!  I ordered a cell phone case from this comany. I received it two weeks after I placed my order and discovered that the item I ordered was misrepresented by DayDeal and did not fit my cell phone.  I contacted customer service but have yet to receive a response.  From what I can see they offer an inferior product line with nearly everything they sell being manufactured in China.  I didn't lose too much money on this transaction but I certainly will not be returning to DayDeal for anything in the future!  Good riddance!

I spoke to a sweet young lady, who was not very bright. DayDeal does not know the proper sales tax to charge in California , depending on the county where the product arrives after shipment. They are under the impression that 8.25% is the taxable amount that should be charged, no matter which county in the state that the product arrives. How very sad.
