The price and shipping cost were the reasons why I chose to buy from Databazaar.com. However, I will NEVER purchase from them and advise others not to as well. I purchased TWO ink cartridges, C1823D / HP23D. The first cartridge fit into my printer but tore up the pages as they were being printed. The second one fit, did not tear the paper right away, but the ink was not the correct colors. The ink had a pinkish tint and did not get any better. After the first try, the cartridge ended up catching the paper, forcing it to get caught in the printer. I was sent out a replacement only to have the same thing happen with the ink - bleeding colors and catching the paper. I would recommend buying from another company; quality is horrible.

This was my 4th order with databazaar. They seem to always have the best prices on the HP cartridges. They also have free shipping and process the orders very quickly. My order was placed on a Sunday (4/23/06), shipped on 4/25 and received on 5/1.

This company is horrible if you try to have a corporate account with them. They are terrible at sending invoices out in a timely manner. Then when you get your invoice late from them and end up paying later than their terms state, your account is put on a credit hold. Of course you are unaware of this until you place your next order and it never arrives. You call and then they inform of you of the hold status on your account. You call your accounting dept. and they tell you they never received an invoice from Databazaar. It turned out to be a never ending cycle of late invoices and credit holds. I will never order from this company again. Oh...and their customer support is overseas (probably India). Go figure that for a Florida based company.

My shopping experience was horrible and I will never shop here again. I tried to use my credit card and they couldn't verify the information and the order was canceled. I discovered later that they had charged my credit card 3 times and when I called to get it resolved, I talked to 4 different people, who couldn't speak English very well, who told me that it would take 2 - 5 business days to get it cleared up - NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order for a printer and received a confirmation number at the time the order was placed. Despite the fact that I provided a correct e-mail address, I never received any communication from Databazaar. When I called to check on the item two weeks later, I was told the order had been dropped, and the item was no longer carried.

I recently ordered HP 57 and HP 58 inkjet cartridges from databazaar.com. They supply new name brand cartridges at the lowest price that I could find on the Internet. For regular delivery (3 days!) they don't charge shipping, regardless of order size of the order. Sales tax is only charged for customers in Florida (sorry guys!). I'm very impressed and would definitely order from them again.

I ordered 3 printer ink cartridges (free shipping) late evening of Friday, 10/29/04. The price saved me about $20 from what I would have paid retail locally. The cartridges were received Wednesday, 11/03. Would definitely use their services in the future.

Got exactly what I ordered (printer ink), arrived in 2 days, free shipping via USPS priority mail. Cheaper than all the other online stores I looked at (1 cartridge of hp 51645a for my hp deskjet 932c was cheaper than half the price of a 2-pack on Amazon). I am extremely satisfied.

I have now placed two separate orders from Databazaar and have been nothing less than incredibly impressed both times.

Their prices for toner are FAR lower than anywhere else on the web. Definitely lower than Staples/OfficeMax. And they only sell real OEM toner, not "compatible" toner or knockoffs, which I refuse to use at the risk of damaging my equipment.

Shipping has been fast, free, and accurate both times. I got both orders within 2-3 days from the time they were placed.

In short, I see no reason to go anywhere else for toner. I have not perused the rest of their catalog, but I suspect they sell a lot of other things, too.
