ordered a laser cartridge for my Samsung laser printer. It took 17 days to receive it.  When I received it, I placed it in the printer and it kept grinding the small gear on the bottom of the cartridge.  I reinserted it several times but it still kept grinding.  I e-mailed their customer service and was told that there was not warranty on the cartridge.  There was also no manufacturer indicated on the box as it was just a generic box it came in. I called customer "no" service only to be told that they do not warranty anything.  They said they would not exchange or return it since there is no warranty for this cartridge.  I have never heard of such rubbish...no warranty for a brand new cartridge but you will take my $.
I paid $35 for a defective cartridge with no warranty but the box and their website "guarantee compatibility".  Their customer service said there is no guarantee on compatibility. 
Had I know this, I would not have shopped at databazaar.com and I advise others to shop elsewhere.

I had purchased a replacement cartridge for my HP Laserjet 1020 printer. This was a back-up for when needed. When I installed the cartridge, it did not make clean printouts. I contacted the company to discuss the problem. I was told that I could not get the cartridge exchanged or get my money back since over 30 days had elapsed since purchase date. Basically I threw my money away with this purchase. I'd rather pay top dollar to Staples, Office Max, etc and know they will stand behind their product.

I recently purchased a printer drum, and received the incorrect part.  They sent a toner cartridge.  The part had a small label on it printed by the company that said Printer Drum, but the box itself said TONER CARTRIDGE in large print.

When I requested a refund, they said no, it was the right part.  It definitely was not!  Now they will not return my calls, or give me a refund.  I have to dispute it through my credit card instead.

They send the wrong parts, and then deny it.  They won't give a refund when it was their fault.  And they leave the buyer with no product, and no money!

Awful, awful experience.

Customer service is outstanding. How can you beat FREE SHIPPING???? Fast delivery. I have used them for years. Can't say enough good this about them. Wait...isn't that strange? Great service in this day and age.

Ordered a toner 5/13. Didn't specify (and pay for) rush since I had a smidgen left. Toner arrived 5/21 - wrong one. Called their toll free number, which apparently is Bangladesh or somewhere over there. Girl told me they'd send new one overnight since they made the error. Now 5/23 and just got e-mail that it was shipped. With a holiday Monday, I'll be printing blanks by the time (if) the thing arrives, assuming it's right this time.

Do not recommend company.

I ordered a simple color ink cartridge. It was damaged when I received it. It took half a dozen emails to get an RMA. I returned it as per instructions, they claim they didn't receive it and charged me anyway.

I couldn't believe the speedy service. My order arrived in less than 48 hours! Fantastic! Ordering from databazaar.com is so easy. My orders are filled quickly and correctly each time. I have an old printer. I can't find the ink cartridges in local stores, but I can at databazaar.com and there are NO shipping charges. I appreciate databazaar.com.

There is a good customer support behind the online store at databazaar. In my case a shipment from Fedex was having difficulty in locating my residence. Customer support from Databazaar proactively spoke to fedex to guide the shipment to my residence. They followed it up with the online tracking at fedex to ensure that the shipment finally arrived to me.

I ordered two inkjet cartridges (remanufactured) from Databazaar.com Delivery was about the fastest I've ever experienced from an internet order, just a couple of days.
I then sent databazaar an inquiry about expected shelf life and got a positive response within a few minutes. Assuming the cartridges are okay (yet to try them), I'll certainly shop with Datapazaar.com again!

Ordered Inks. They charged my card. 2 weeks later, I call to find out what's happening. They say, they have no inks, they'll credit my card (no correspondence in the mean time). This is not the way Amazon or Newegg does business. Beware.

I received my order from databazaar.com and it was incomplete. I immediately emailed customer service, and Charles got back to me at record speed. I was very surprised at how quickly Charles responded to my email. In my experience with other websites, it is usually within 48 hrs. He explained that the items ordered but not shipped were being shipped from another location, and I would be notified by email when these items shipped. His email was personal and professional. It was obvious to me, Charles reads the emails addressed to "customer service" himself, and answers them all individually. This was my first experience ordering from databazaar, and I will surely be back. I will be sharing your website with my business associates as well. Thank you for excellent customer service.

I recently ordered ink for my HP All-In-One through Amazon. The business I chose to deal with was databazaar.com.My head is still spinning at the rapid delivery!!! Communication with them was top notch!! They offered exactly what I needed and the price was unbeatable. Customer service was great. order mostly toner for our many laserjet printers but I have received very good service each time I've asked a question or when I, very infrequently, have a problem. I always get a real person on the phone to help resolve my problem and I find them to be very professional and curtious. This is why I continue to do business with them.

Very impressive customer service: I received the wrong product -- a regular life rather than extended life cartridge for my printer. Databazaar not only sent out a replacement to correct the error, but they allowed me to keep the original so I wouldn't lose the ability to print until the replacement arrived. All this they did on their own initiative: I'm very impressed with the way they stand behind their product and the level of service I received.

Databazaar promptly replied to my customer service request, walked me through the RMA procedure, and sent a replacement cartridge (which works perfectly) out immediately. I've been using DataBazaar for about four years. I place one or two orders per month. I have my items in three to four business days, and a lot of stores won't even carry the some of the toner cartridges I buy from Data Bazaar. Customer service is sufficient. Online service is less frustrating than phone service. I've had about four instances of order inaccuracy in 2007, but they always send me something more expensive for the same printer. I didn't complain. I've tried to shop around once or twice per year. Even when I find lower prices, I always go back to Data Bazaar. I highly recommend Data Bazaar.
