Still havn't got the product almost a month no response I've called and left a message nothing back emailed them 3 times no response. Ordered the first time and I got it real late. I will never order from this company again. I was billed on the 5th of nov. 2009 and no one ever called or emailed me back about nothing.

Great product, great price but, not worth the bother. My order was made June 24, didnt recieve until July 22. And that was after I e-mailed them to complain.

They didn't have my product in stock. So I had to order something different and the coupon code they gave me to get 5 dollars off for my troubles didn't work either. Not happy!!!

I have purchased the same product from Dark Desire Lotion.com and have had no issues until this time because I had to contact them after not receiving my product for 2 weeks. They failed to contact me to let me know that the merchant was out of this product after already charging my card. I canceled my order because I could not wait any longer but they did give me a discount coupon for my next purchase. I don't know if I will purchase from them again. The only way I would is if they notified their customers with shipping delays and out of stock merchandise.
