MY experience with DJ Deal was the worst. Don't buy from them because their just middle men who don't like to answer phones. They use their website to conduct customer service, bad news. When it comes down to a refund DJ Deals will tell you to get you refund from the product manufacture. Buy direct from the manufacture or from a audio store you can visit on-line and in person.

Worst experience of my life! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - can't phone & my 3 emails were ignored until I finally refused the shipment & started dispute process with my credit card co. My third email explaining my dissatisfaction received the following unbelievable response: "Nobody has a clue what you are talking about. You may want to read the emails sent to you (attached) prior to sending nuisance emails to our company." Prior to this, the only response was the order confirm email. The attachment referred to was the shipping confirm (11 days after order & credit card charged)which I didn't receive until this arrogant, unhelpful response. My last email trying to discuss this order/issue came back as undeliverable and labeled "nuisance email." I cannot even access their site regarding order/shipping issues. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

I decided to buy a sound card for my Macbook Pro and bought the Echo Indigo DJ card from DJdeals. It was the wrong card, and when I asked to return the card (unused), he (Steve) referred me to his return policy and then would not respond to my emails. I bought the wrong card and I admit it was my mistake, but give me a break. It's not like it was a PCI card. The worst part is that I bought it for my school (I play for our middle school dances) to try to make the music a little better. Thanks a lot, Steve.

I didn't even make it to the purchase point!! I come from Canada, and sending electronic items across the border gets the items scrutinized very closely (usually dismantled/destroyed) so asking to have the item shipped to a friends in Ohio was my logical conclusion. The person writing the emails at info@djdeals.com must have something up their a$$ today as they were not helpful, not suggestive to an alternate solution and most of all RUDE!!
I was a potential 1st time customer. Not Now, and never again!! Do Not Buy From These Ignorant People. |

I placed an order and found out later they didn't had some of the items I ordered, then I asked If they could meet a delivery date, but my order arrived late, they don't take responsibility for their own errors, the worst customer service I have found so far.

I ordered a power supply for a Vestax PMC 17A mixer from DJDeals.com and was sent a power supply that does fit what I order. It won't even fit the input so I don't even know if it works and it's the wrong voltage so even if it did fit I would have no use for it. So they just took my money and sent me something I have no use for. RipOff!!!!!!!!!

Bad customer service. Slow or no response to emails. Overprice shipping. Pay extra to have your order processed in one business day which most sites have for free. No telephone. Very strict return policy they claim is normal.

I would never order from them again! Never trust a web store that does not offer phone support. Very shady. I ordered a DJ Table and it was poorly packaged damaged and did not include the correct pieces to put it together. When I contacted DJDeals.com all they did was forward my email onto the manufacturer. Typical little middle man retailer wanna be. Just passing the buck. |

First of all, these guys are the poster child for poor customer service, the worst I've dealt with on the internet. Their e-mail responses are the stupidest I've every received and they don't answer your questions directly. Hey, did I mention that they don't even have a phone number on their site? They're an Authorized Stanton Dealer....woooo....and after contacting Stanton, they seemed to be just as bad!? Don't deal with DJDeals.com, it's a bad experience! You'll thank me. Recommend AmericanMusical.com and SameDayMusic.com for DJ purchases. DJDeals.com (they shouldn't even be in the business) could learn from these other pro's.

I have ordered product twice from this company, because the prices were great. However, subsequent to this I started receiving a lot of spam to an address that I supplied only to them. I wonder if that's how they keep their prices low -- by selling customer addresses.

Frauds. Product sent not as described on web site, and they charged me shipping both ways AND a 20% restock fee. I purchased from them based on the product description on their web site but somehow it's my fault that their description is inaccurate? And I have to pay for it? They are assholes and do not accept responsibility for their own errors. I will never shop there again, and you won't either if you care about customer service after the sale.

Had an issue and dealt with their costumer service, a guy by the name of Steve M. He was completely unprofessional, rude, incompetent, and offer no solution but one line rude replies which is unacceptable as a customer service representation.
Think twice dealing with these people. |

I had ordered a pair (2) of Stanton AL500-II cartridges, and a Numark mixer. I chose free shipping, so i expected delivery to be slow. I received my order in about 8 days from time of order. I came home to find the box just sitting right on my doorstep out in the open. I had opened the box to find my mixer there with one Stanton AL500-II Cartridge package taped to the bottom of the Numark mixer box. They only shipped one cartridge to me, so I called and they wouldn't take my calls. I had e-mailed them with my order number and asked for a receipt (because they never gave or sent one out when I ordered it online), but they never replied to my e-mail. No receipt, didn't ship all items ordered, poor customer service.

Beware of any company that does not provide a telephone number for customer support. This is because their client service is non-existent. The first product I bought from them was damaged, and when I decided to give them another chance with a second order, they shipped me the wrong item, then refused to pay for me to ship it back to them. In fact, their response was "that rarely happens". They DO NOT ship the items themselves -- they order your products from the manufacturer, and the product is shipped directly to you from there. They are rude and unhelpful, and I would not recommend ordering from them.

The third day I carry on with them negotiations through a forum in occasion of cost of delivery of the equipment to Moscow, I tell them that at me not so I'm not good with English language, I ask to name the final price of two pioneers200+delivery, of the answer receive references to their site to page of the help where in particular I a little that I understand in terms and methods of delivery!!!! Has then asked to explain then my theme was safely deleted from a forum! ((((

Shipping is daylight robbery. $74 to have a stylus delivered !!! Lied to about brokerage fees as I was told the brokerage fee for the import duty was included in the $74 shipping fee only to have the postman demand another £11 / $20 in brokerage fees + the import duty. Delivery, which should have been 1-2 days actually took about 5 days because UPS consider a city of 250000 to be a Remote Area |

After this "correction" as a result of my call, they advise that the item shipped. Then I receive an email that says they are out of the item and the order has been cancelled. Bad service. Will not use again.

I ordering these items from they're web site, all the items I ordered where said to be in STOCK and have rush delivery options( which i payed extra for).. I got my turntable but not one word about my 2 shure Cartidges. I contacted them and they said shure didnt haved them in stock... But i didnt even Order the items from shure... I ordered them from DjDeals.com. When i contacted them and asked them what does this have anything to do with shure, they didnt awnser. They just said tell us whether you want the order cancelled or sent on tuesday and we will contact shure for Me. They dont have a phone number to contact so im in a pickle, they didnt even say whether they are going to return my 108$ dollars back to me. Im very worried and im still in the proccess of trying to get my money back from them.

I told the president of the company that one of the CD turntables did not work. He told me he would not help me and that I should contact the manufacturer, Denon. Denon said that it is usually the merchant that handles equipment that does not work out of the box but that Denon would help me if the merchant would not. I told Steve, the president, and he said I was "amusing." He refused to help me. Denon took care of the problem. I am going to the Better Business Bureau with this issue.
