I ordered a pair of Pioneer HDJ-1000's from Joyryde. Not only did they have the best price (& FREE SHIPPING), but they have the best customer service of any company I've ever ordered from. I received my new headphones 3 days sooner than I thought, which made for a more comfortable experience @ the club that weekend.

You ever have such a perfect experience with a company that makes you say to yourself "whatever I need, I'm checking w/ them first and foremost"? Joyryde is a great company with a great group of employees. I couldn't think of sending my money anybody else but them.

Even after I added shipping to Australia, taxes and customs duty, the mixer I purchased from VestaxStore.com was still less than half price compared to buying in a DJ equipment store here. It was great!! DJDeals also gave me a tracking number and I could see my parcel fly out of America, over the Pacific and into Australia (delivered in under 1 week). This really put my mind at ease as there are numerous horror stories about buying over the net. I would certainly recommend Joyryde to anyone living outside the US, sick of importers running a virtual monopoly, charging customers ridiculous prices. Thanks Boys, you guys saved me about a thousand Australian dollars... About 850 American.

Excellent Experience! Responded to an emailed question I sent out at around 5pm (PST) and I got a response within an hour! NOTE: Business is on the East Coast!

I had a great experience shopping at Joyride. The delivery was on time. They really helped me out with the problems I had with my credit cards. They covered and made me a better price than the one I found at some competitor. The only problem was that the good arrived without a receipt. But they showed themselves very reliable, and I am sure that they will send it to me as soon as I ask them to.

First, thanks for always being there quick and knowledgeably. You and your staff do an excellent job.
Because of this, I have purchased from, referred to, and linked your site for referrences. You are very knowledgeable, fair, and non-biased towards the equipment you sale. When you say you're not sure about something, you have someone who is familiar get involved, which is great. And I like how you don't try and "upsale" your products to the more costly to increase sales.
Anyways... I just wanted you to know that you have treated me right in the past... my friend said he liked your service. Hell... Steve talked to me for damn near an hour just about needles alone. That was really cool and un-selfish of him.
And I have posted a link to your site from mine, in hopes that it brings you more business. These guys really are the best and most dj-oriented store I have found in person or online. They are friendly and go out of their way to give the most honest and helpful advice. I have never found cheaper prices and they ship faster than any store I have ever heard of. I recommend this dj store above and beyond all others. I am a professional dj that does not normally take the time to write reviews, but these guys deserve my time.

DJDeals.com was one of the few online shops that would ship the Pioneer HDJ-1000 (which was rare to find at the time of purchase) to Canada. Correspondence via email was swift and fast. Very pleased to receive shipment within 2-3 days.

I was a bit ticked off that they did not accept payment via Paypal or any other convenient methods. Had to fax in the payment info.

But overall, 2 THUMBS UP!

I ORDERED A VESTAX PDX-2000 BLACK LIMITED TURNTABLE. I THOUGHT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT!!! THEY CALLED TO SEE IF IT WAS REALLY ME BILLING MY CREDIT CARD, BUT THAT SLOWED DOWN THE DELIVERY SPEED, I AM HARD TO GET A HOLD OF. When you first look at the claims of cheap prices, no shipping, and no tax, I thought to myself what's the catch?? NOTHING.
