I have bought from djdeals.com twice. First time was a good experience. Second time has been terrible. I placed an order on Thursday, never received a confirmation email (yes, I checked my spam box too). Funds were immediately drawn from my account.

Well the price was right, but the customer service STINKS. It seems that the majority of people are pleased, but if you do have a problem, you're gonna pay more than if you would have gone with Musician's friend or other Big Store to begin with.
I received a broken product and paid the extra $10 to get it "rushed processed" Well it was rushed for nothing. I contacted the website and received an impersonal reply with "review our policy." I only asked for a $10.00 refund for a feature of convenience that was far from it. The amount of money he makes you would think $10.00 would be an easy compromise. Imagine if it was more than that!?! It seems to me his lack for a phone line is for a reason. He claims its to save you money, but is it? Go with another store, and pay an extra few bucks. I wish I did. |

At the moment I am haggling with the merchant about the return of the product as it did not meet expectations. Beware their return policy (read it carefully) as it seems very restrictive to me. As of this date, 5/28/08 I do not have a resolution.
Note:I have purchased other items from them and eveything has
been very satisifactory.

I ordered the Technics 1210 M5Gs two weeks ago, April 30th. The website did not say anything about the item not being in stock as it did for some other items. I paid for two of them, as well as protection. I was "sure" that I would get these, and I almost sold my main turntables, and almost ordered additional parts for these tables since I "knew" I was going to get them.
Today, which is two weeks later, I hadn't received them, and hadn't heard anything from them. When I e-mailed them today, they responded by saying that the Technics distributor they deal with hadn't got them from Asia yet, and asked if I wanted to tell the distributor to cancel. I told them I wanted to cancel, and I am expecting a refund very soon. |

I decided to buy a sound card for my Macbook Pro and bought the Echo Indigo DJ card from DJdeals. It was the wrong card, and when I asked to return the card (unused), he (Steve) referred me to his return policy and then would not respond to my emails. I bought the wrong card and I admit it was my mistake, but give me a break. It's not like it was a PCI card. The worst part is that I bought it for my school (I play for our middle school dances) to try to make the music a little better. Thanks a lot, Steve.

I found what I wanted, it was in-stock and shipped quickly. I would've preferred to check out right on their site instead of having to use PayPal or Google Checkout as I had to get a PayPal credit card to have a 'confirmed address'. This is minor however as they do it for security, but it was still a pain in the ass and delayed my purchase by a few days. Overall, very good experience; will buy from DJDeals.com again.

Had an issue and dealt with their costumer service, a guy by the name of Steve M. He was completely unprofessional, rude, incompetent, and offer no solution but one line rude replies which is unacceptable as a customer service representation.

I ordering these items from they're web site, all the items I ordered where said to be in STOCK and have rush delivery options( which i payed extra for).. I got my turntable but not one word about my 2 shure Cartidges. I contacted them and they said shure didnt haved them in stock... But i didnt even Order the items from shure... I ordered them from DjDeals.com. When i contacted them and asked them what does this have anything to do with shure, they didnt awnser. They just said tell us whether you want the order cancelled or sent on tuesday and we will contact shure for Me. They dont have a phone number to contact so im in a pickle, they didnt even say whether they are going to return my 108$ dollars back to me. Im very worried and im still in the proccess of trying to get my money back from them.
