I called American Express, I added a shipping address, I informed American Express I was making a puchase. DJ Deals says my case is under investigation. Please get this item to me. I am patient but the process is so sketchy. Yes I want the R-1 with MCR-1 crossfader. Yes I will go through this process again if it means I get the deep discount on whatever item I want. But I am worried that someone else will get the last item before I am cleared to make a purchase. So far it's still worth the trouble I am experiencing. Thanks DJ DEALS

HORRIBLE! They have no phone number. They only do customer service through email, and they DONT REPLY! I have sent 5 emails, and NONE of them have been answered after 7 days now. They havent sent my products after 20 days now! This is ridiculous! WORST company Ive ever dealt with. They are even rude and sarcastic to their help seeking customers through their forums. Several reviews have mentioned that they are sarcastic and rude to them through email also. I will dedicate my life to campaigning against this company. Save yourself the stress and just KEEP AWAY! You could take the chance and buy from them and save the 5 dollars they pride themselves in saving for you, or you could pay that 5 dollars and go with a trusted company who at least sends you the product you ordered! Even at least just has someone to CALL when something is wrong, and answers emails! DO NOT shop from these people!

I sent 200 dollars (via pay pal) to this company for a product that they advertised for sale. Once I sent the money, they informed me that the item was currently out of stock, and not to e-mail them about when it would be available, because they have no control of the manufacture of this product. Usually, when you order something from a reputable business, they will inform you before you send money that it is currently out of stock, That being said, After I browsed their website, they do seem legit. If they come through, I will change my review.

My experience with djdeals.com was awful. They refused to ship to my address insisting it was not on file with my credit card company. They do not have any phone number to call for questions or support and insist on only corresponding via email. To top it off, the person who answers your email is incredibly rude and does not understand that for every 1 customer you treat like crap: they tell 10 possible customers.
Here's the email conversation I experienced: "Has my order been processed? I've been trying to find a phone number to call but have not had such luck." "We only handle client correspondence through email." "I'm unable to wait any longer, this is ridiculous. Please cancel my order I won't be using your company again." "We will get this cancelled for you and then you will be able to take your future purchases elsewhere." Are you kidding me? If anyone working for my company said something along these lines to one of my customers they would be fired on the spot. |

worst on-line shopping experience ever. My credit card was immediately charged after order processing. Which is fine if the product was processed(it wasn't). Waited for 5 days with no status on tracking. Wrote an email asking for status....no reply. Waited several more days and thoroughly reviewed their terms and conditions since there was no reply to my email. Finally wrote an email threating to take legal action as well as imforming authorities. They finally refunded my card. Really not worth the trouble of "possibly" saving money.

I was looking for a cheap cdj, i looked everywhere they had the same price but buying was less complicated than other website i tried DJ deal the same day but they refused to ship to Australia and canceled my order, but ugotadeal gave ,me the real deal.
i hope now things will go cheaper and i will buy more stuff from you guys.

I ordered the Echo Indigo IOX Express Card and recieved the Echo Indigo DJX Express Card. I have e-mailed DJDEALS.COM several times with no response. I would not shop at DJDEALS.COM again and would warn people from shopping there as there is no way to get in touch with them if there is a problem. They ignore you. They are crooks. Ordered a preamp unit on 2.6.09. DJ Deals charged my card for $149 instantly. Still had not shipped it out when I checked again in the evening of 2.12.09. That would be six days. Found another place to order from that shipped it out in a timely manner. Cancelled my order with DJ Deals on 2.12.09. Shows my account will be refunded for $139 leaving me with a wait for a while and not get anything charge of $10.00. Wondering when I will eventually get my money refunded minus my $10. I shall spread the word accordingly to everyone I know, various recording forums I am a part of, and sites like this. Shady.
