When I had to cancel a backorder by email after 10 p.m., a customer representative replied by email within minutes. The quickness relieved me because the backorder was expected to be filled in the morning. The representative thanked me. I wrote that I had purchased the products of the backorder in the interim and that I would return to the website to purchase products that I needed.

These are the only errings i can wear. I wish I had seen the kit to test and coat jewerly for nickel allergies when I placed my order, I would have purchased that also. I do plan on getting more errings in the future and I will get the kit at that time. Maybe they could have that kit popup on the screen when someone inquires about errings for nicckel allergies. Great website and experience!!!!

It took me a few minutes to figure out that Dermavite now has a new name--one I can't recall right now. Other than this, I was able to order quickly and effectively--and my order arrived on Monday, 13 April 2009.
