I placed 5 individual orders with Windy City. I received the 1st package on time and in good condition as promised. I am still waiting for the other 4 packages at this time as they were ordered at a later time. the tracking was not available though. I was never informed when it was shipped or given a tracking number. However on a separate matter, I was informed through an email that I was the winner of a weekly draw for a free gift. I phoned Windy City within 4 hours of receiving this email to collect the gift as it had to be done withing 48 hours. The person answering the phone put me through to customer service where I left a message. I never received a call back. It's funny though because the message on the Windy City answering program said someting to the effect of, "I know you are leaving a message thinking we will not call you back but we will". I was not impressed by this. I never won/received the gift I apparently won but I will order products from Windy City in the future.

The glow bracelets were hard to manipulat, and some broke, not sure if it was temparature or age. I called to complain, was transfered to a voicemail and still have not heard back from anyone. I would not recommend this particular product again.

I shopped online for pink Santa hats and Windy City had some of the lowest prices. I wasn't sure what to expect of the product since they were so inexpensive but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality.

I bought these items for my sons 6th birthday dinner party @ Mel's Drive In/Diner. I wanted to have something different, young, hip and age appropriate. I usually throw a big bash and didn't this year becasue he just started Kindergarten, I have to get use to all 41 students parents before I decide to create a bash and begin the ordering process. For those who know me....that's 6 months in advance and a whole lot of money/time spent. I will use this site next year for #7!!!

I ORDERED 3 DZ JUMBO PLAYING CARDS AND RECIEVED THEM WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS. UNFORTUNATELY I HAD WANTED LARGE PRINT NORMAL SIZED PLAYING CARDS AND TOTALLY OVERLOOKED THAT THE CARD WAS 3 INCH BY 5 INCH. ROUGHLY TWICE THE SIZE OF A NORMAL POKER DECK. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPLAINED MY ERROR AND SOUGHT TO RETURN/EXCHANGE THE JUMBO CARD FOR REGULAR CARDS. THEY WAVED CHARGES ON THE ORGINAL SHIPPMENT (RESTOCKING ETC,) AND I ORDERED A REGULAR ECONOMICAL PLAYING CARD WHICH I WAS ABLE TO ORDER 10DZ FOR ABOUT THE SAME PRICE AS 3 DZ ABOVE. I SUPPORT A LOCAL SENIOR HEALTH FACILITY WITH LIESURE ACTIVITY GAMES AND PROPS. SOME I BUILD AND OTHERS I BUY. WHILE THE SHIPMENT IS ECONOMY RATED AND AVERAGED LESS THAN 40CENTS A BOX IT TURNED OUT TO BE SLIGHTLY SMALLER & THINNER THAN A REGULAR DECK. IT IS PLASTIC COATED AND I HAVE NO PROBLEM HANDLING THEM (I'M 72); PLUS WE CAN AFFORD TO GIVE THE PATIENTS A DECK AS OPPOSED CHECKING THEM IN AND OUT. ALL GOOD - BUT HOW WELL THE USERS FARE WITH THE "ECONOMY" CARDS WILL GOVERN IF I PURCHASE THAT SAME CARD THE NEXT TIME. THE WINDY CITY NOVELITY CO WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH - IN MY CASE I COULD HAVE BENEFITTED FROM A HIGHTLITED ATTENTION TO SIGNIFICANT FEATURES FROM A NORMAL PRODUCT. I WILL BE MORE ATTENTIVE NEXT TIME. Photos should have something to show scale - the flag backdrop was completely different because it is on a HUGE scale and we were picturing the stars on a flag - should have placed a person in the photo for perspective. Beach balls are MUCH smaller than listed - must be circumference so, again, something to show scale would have been helpful. Makes us less likely to order for future events.

I realize that I ordered the invitations late. However, I called to check that they could be shipped promptly. I paid for expedited handling and delivery was supposed to be by July 9. Maybe they will arrive on 7/11. This is really pushing it...

I placed an order for 3 sets of led balloons.  I received 30 balloons and 13 of them were not working.  They refused to help me out.  They want me to sent the defective items back for store credit, not even a refund!  Steer clear from this unethical business.  They talk to you as if you did something wrong.  Every other company that sends defective merchandise sends you a return label and gives you a refund when they receive the damaged goods.
