This is hands-down my favorite store on the internet. I've spent several thousand dollars here on various knives and kitchen tools and everything has always been first quality, the personal service, should you ever need it is beyond excellent, and the products and product lines are some of the best in the world. I started shopping here because C&M carried a Wusthof knife line that I was looking for but had been discontinued -- only to find that Wusthof was indeed still making these knives, but custom orders only for C&M. Needless to say, I bought every knife in the line, not to mention the biggest knife block Wusthof makes just to hold them all!! I love to shop ar stores like Sur La Table and Williams-Sonoma, but C&M has items I've never seen ANYWHERE else, and the prices are excellent, as is their shipping service. Sure wish every store on the internet was this good, and on a sale of 1-10 C&M is a 12-star store. Kudos to you and your company -- it's so rare these days to find a company that takes such obvious pride in their products and customer service. the website does not work well. If you forget your password, asking for help of requesting the password to be sent via email does not work. You have to call, several times until somebody decides they can send the password to you. A waste of time.

Price for this product including shipping was the best I could find on the internet. In general, to include shipping in the product price is a very good idea for online merchants, since customers hate to get caught with high shipping & handling charges.

After reading so many negative reviews on cutleryandmore.com makes me really hesitate to order stuff. However, because of their appealing price and convincing web site, I decide to give it a try. I ordered a Henckels Twin Cuisine starter set and a All-clad 12'' fry pan. CutleryAndMore delievered both items the next day and arrived my home in 3 days, free shipping! On top of that, it is so well packaged that there is no way that product can be damaged unless it was already broken before shipping. Most important, the product quality, I have no complains -- got a cut when opening the knife set box, all my own fault, partly because Henckles knife is scarily sharp! Overall, I am a satisfied customer, and willing to recommend this store to any friends. Only reservation is: still a little scared of their infamous customer service, since so many people complained.

I was INCREDIBLY nervous after placing my order, just because of some of the review I read here. However, I had a VERY different expereince, they were amazing. I have NEVER had an online retailer process an order so quickly, ship (2nd day air, at no extra charge to get it here for my fiance's birthday) and received all in excellent condition. I have been looking for a knife block to hold my 10" Shun Ken Onion chef's knife. I thought I had found a good one at Cutlery And More, but I wanted to be sure that the 10" knife would fit before I placed the order.
A month later, after multiple queries, I still have received no answer. I even emailed Michael Beltrami directly (the website is registered to him), and still received no response.
I ended up getting a knife block at Williams-Sonoma, who let me test the fit before purchasing. I definitely won't be bothering with Cutlery and More again - they obviously didn't want my business, and I'm happy to accomodate them by shopping elsewhere.

Very Dissapointed

I ordered a set of ceramic Kyocera knives for Christmas and they showed in stock at the time of purchase.  Well when the package showed up it only had the extra gifts that were offered with the order.  I dont understand how you can offer a guarantee that if it shows in stock that they guarantee that it is and will ship.  Because when the merchandise showed up this morning it had the main 3 pcs missing for the Kyocera knife set.  Oh yeah been trying to get a hold of them all day long with no response to email and when I called the 800 number they had already closed and it was only 12:30 in the afternoon.  So long story short dont recommend this web site for shopping for the simple fact of the misleading tactics that they use on the site.

I find it interesting to find negative reviews from this vendor. I ordered Wusthof Steak knives from cutlery and more and had quick notice in my email that my order was being processed. It was to my door within the shipping period stated for free delivery and everything was there and in good condition. I have no reason not to shop here again, the prices beat anything I could find locally.

I ordered a whetstone for my knife, while shipped timely it was poorly packaged and arrived with a brken stone.  I immediately emailed customer service, it has been several days and I have not had any response.  I am going to call today - so far "customer service" after the sale is non existant and the packing job was horrible.

I placed my order for the 14 piece set of Emerilware on December 26th at around 10:30 p.m. I had immediate order confirmation in my e-mail in the morning. The item shipped (free shipping) on the 27th in the afternoon and arrived on my doorstep at NOON on the 28th. All items were just as advertised and arrived in great shape! I am very pleased!

I ordered a six piece Wusthof classic cutlery set. The knives I received were damaged. The bread knife had a large burr on the end of it. The Cutting board gift had been chipped and glued back together. I contacted cutlery and more about the bread knife, and they told they would send a replacement. The replacement I received which was directly from Wusthof was a used knife. Although it seems I have had a better experience with customer service than others, Wusthof themselves screwed me over. I contacted Wusthof, and they told me to send back the knives. I then discovered my shears include in my set were also defected. I contacted Wusthof again. This time they sent the replacement without me shipping back the original defective shears. Well I am most disappointed with my experience with cutlery and more. This set of knives was suppose to be a great addition to my kitchen instead its been nothing but a headache. I wished I would have just returned the set to cutlery and more and bought something locally.
