Disappointed with the "gift card". I was led to believe that a card with a message would be included; instead the message was typed on the shipping info insert. Otherwise, I was very pleased with the service and product.

This company has excellent customer service! The very first time I shopped with them was to buy a Christmas gift for my daughter several years ago. When she opened the box (which pictured items that were to be in the cookware set)the one piece she really wanted was not there. Cutlery and More sent her an entire new set of cookware right away and did not even require the return of what she had! They could not have been more accommodating. I always remember this when shopping online for any products they might stock.

I had trouble finding the coffee maker I wanted in stores and online. This merchant had it available for the best price and it arrived quickly. The box was crushed on one corner. Don't know if this was UPS, but the delivery man opened the box. The box inside was crushed. He opened the coffee maker box to make sure the unit was okay. Thankfully it was. Other than this, my experience with cutleryandmore.com was excellent.

The website is very informative and has a great layout of items. However the same day I recd the package I opened it, before I removed the plastic wrap you can notice the crack by the spot for the cleaver. I called them immediately within 20 minutes of receiving the item, I called and spoke with Dawn who told me it would take a week or two before I receive my new item. I am not please with their return service policy at all.

I only had one problem and that was the delivery of it....it went to the wrong address. I thing that was the problem of UPS (at the shipping dock where it was prepared to be sent out). Thanks it is a perfect product...packaging was excellent....product is excellent! First rate service!

I received my order in a very timely and efficient manner. The merchanise was just as described. My only hesitation in being 100 percent satisfied is that the outdoor thermometers I ordered are Celsius and not Fahrenheit -- they are depicted as such on line but not described that way -- in the U.S., we use the Fahenheit scale for temperature and so I was expecting that the thermometers would be in Fahrenheit.
